Product shipped right away and was just as easy to install as the video shows! My truck is no longer squatting while towing my utility trailer and I am not bottoming out on speed bumps any longer. It's only been a week, but the product is holding up and working out great so far, very pleased! Was going to buy similar product off Amazon for $150 cheaper until I started reading the reviews on that knock off product and saw that it was a replacement for firestone and figured you can't go wrong with firestone that's been building these for over 40 years! Glad I went through etrailer and got the best product!

I used etrailer before. I was scared that the items might not fit properly or work with my vehichle. Everything was perfect! It all works, it all fits, the instructions were clear and easy to follow, the quality is exceptional. I'm back making another purchase for another vehicle.

UPS apparently threw the box or dropped it. The box was open and missing parts. The reship box was also damaged. Part of the problem is thar Fulton uses boxes that are much too thin for the material and weight of their products.

I bought a hitch for my '24 Mazda CX-5. It's well made, looks good, and allows my to bring my mountain bike with me on trails out of town. I would buy again, and will be recommending them to friends and family.
