I had a partner account which is now closed
I have outstanding balance of 250$ in affiliate commission
And they don't want me to send it back!

I will give them 5 stars, but the issue is the don't call in one to help
In the first day I lost all my money because the didn't call me.

My account was limited because I made deposit via my friends credit card (because card details were saved and it took money automatically), They asked me to upload some documents, which I did, but after that have passed already more then 3 weeks and they keep saying wait and thank you for bearing with us.
I need my money and I have no more time to wait!

I invested so much money in this website and I watched my money grow in days but when it was time to withdraw my money it became a problem. If not for the swift intervention of tel model. Tech I wouldn't have been able to get my money back. You can reach out to them if you are a victim

If you do not like to have limit orders or do not wish to transfer any currency ever. This is for you.
Do not try their crypto wallet it's just another way to delay what you are trying to accomplish... AND DELAY THEY WILL.

EToro is a scam. They force you to keep all of your money on their exchange or trapped in their wallet which only has 5 available coins. They are beholden to no one and ripping many people off. Do your own research before you invest with this company.

Don't open account at Etoro. They are $#*!ing on the money. Let me tell you how, when you buy on it on US site they charge you the fee for example 300 dollars to buy, when product rise they taking more out of it by selling on 60 cents for less than the price was 2.90 ($5655) I bought when real price was 2.60, sold for 3.14, when real price was 3.74. Its very bad web trading web site.Don't deal with them. They will really $#*! you on the money. They got more than 900 dollars on one buy and sell order.

I had around $2000 in 4 or 5 different things on the eToro platform, but apparently after being vetted for laundering, they sent another request by email and said they tried phoning me as they needed yet more information about me, Unfortunately I missed all of this and found my account had been liquidated. AS if this wasn't bad enough, they lost 75% of the payment back to me (approx. £400 was returned). I have been emailing them but they want me to chase the payments that they made with banks and visa cards that I no longer have. I'm in an impossible position now, facing a lost $1300 with eToro hiding behind their ridiculous email support.

I have requested phone numbers to talk to someone but I still get generic responses, meanwhile MY money is lost in the system due to THEIR incompetence.

Etoro has been very good in the beginning but i was given some hidden charges which does not say well. Reliancecx. Com has been my goto trading with daily instant payout.

EToroX is soo unreliable and their customer support did not help that much please consider these before trading with them. Reliancecx has been my number ever since then with greats offers

They play nice at the beginning but the ending turns out pretty bad especially if you trusted them all your investing

We went to visit Etoro at thier 'Supposed" Hoboken, NJ office after my account funds were inaccessible. The Hoboken address Building Manager stated that NO-ONE has been at the Etoro office for Months. In fact, Etoro is based overseas in both the UK And Australia. Subsequently, there is no Jurisdiction in the US to bring them to Justice.

The site itself says they take no fees during trades, but just to break even when getting into a trade it needs to raise atleast 2%. That's there "hidden" fee. They never explain that until you find out for yourself. Sites like Binance let you actually hold the real coin, instead of just a made up percentage of it. I would NEVER recommend etoro to anyone looking to trade. You can't buy spot coins, at actual price, the price they give you, is putting you at a loss soon as you get into a trade. I got into a trade once and I was in the red 4$! Bad site to "trade" crypto. It also takes a long time to withdraw your money in etoro. It's not compatible with any other wallet than etoros wallet, and you need a certain amount of money to even make use of their wallet. Etoro is a scam, I wish I had read one of these reviews before jumping into etoro.

They are giving me NO bonus even though I deposited over 10k and bought crypto, also when you place and order its automatically purchased for you at a higher price than the market, does not seem legal or fair STAY AWAY OM ETORO

How is it that after being approved and funding my account with my checking account, their "woke" children demand the front and back of all my credit cards or they'll FREEZE MY ACCOUNT? F-them!

And, why did the SAME Crypto make money on other trading platforms but CONSISTENTLY AND MYSTERIOUSLY LOSE MONEY on etoro.

I guess their "devil horn" logo should have clued me in. Now I have to •wait• several days to get my money back -- but they sure •TOOK IT• with zero delays. CRIMINAL MORONS.

I would leave no stars if possible. I deposited funds before realising I could not trade the stock I required. It then took 6 emails to customer service, eight weeks and a letter to Financial Conduct Authority to have my money returned (minus £75 in fees for nothing). No telephone number to call and customer service is non existent. Would not recommend.

EToro is the worst platform. They lure the costumers in buying and copying trading and when the crypto market falls they trigger stop loss and sell all your assets. I lost my all assets. I was trying to copy 3 traders and trying to average down and putting more money but when market dropped they sold all my assets without asking me. I was working at that time and could not see that sold all my assets and by the time I realized market was up 20 percent and had to rebuy at much higher prices. So instead of loosing 15 to 20 percent I lost 50 percent ( lost during the dip and by rebuying at higher price. This is the worst platform that they automatically trigger stop loss and made mandatory. I would leave my money what ever is there and would never add any money again. Coin base, coin base pro and Binance.US are much better. They don't have hidden agenda. I hope I recover the money i lost with them if crypto rebounds then I would take all my money and put in other brokers. Trust me Coinbase is expensive but they have no hidden agenda. EToro is the worst. Somebody recommended meso that I could loose all my money.,

Hello! I started investing with eToro a few months ago. I probably sent around 30k to eToro in several transfers. Few weeks ago, for reasons out of my control, one of the transfers I sent was returned to my bank. I asked eToro about what should be done, and right after that they limited my account. They said I should proceed with the transfer once again, but the support manager probably was in a huge confusion as my account was still limited for both... deposits and withdrawals.
By the way, I'm a Platinum member and I'm supposed to get priority support assistance, but that's just a huge lie. It's just a marketing trick. No priority and actually no Support at all.
Although my account was fully verified and I provided them with every document they asked for, I'm waiting for around 3 weeks for some assistance in this matter, with no success.
My account is limited, with over $19,000 in balance, with no option to withdraw my money in any way. Not even to trade.
You'll probably ask me about support assistance? Or even about Support Manager and Priority (as advertised)?
That will be a good question, as I can say that even if I asked to close my account or to leave me to cash out my money in some way, there is SILENCE. I only receive some template messages asking me to wait and to thank me for understanding. WHAT? Are you kidding with me?
Is there any reason for them to hold my money for that long? I owe them anything? The funds are just in my Dollars balance. They are using my money to make profit and there is no sign about getting my money back.

STAY AWAY from eToro if you want to use your money. Is easy to send them the money in the first place but it becomes impossible to get your money back.
I'm begging them for my money. That's not "cool" AT ALL.

I am not sure if they are the worst broker on the market, but they can't be far from it. There are always issues with their platform and their client attention service is appauling. They are not even trying to hide it anymore. If you have a problem they will answer after 2-3 months with an answer that has nothing to do with your original problem. I just hope i get my money out without having to pay a laywer.
