They are so heartless on telegram channel claimed to be Good hacker to get funds back but still as not be resolved.

I was unable to successfully withdraw from the investment platform. I opened my eToro account in 2021 and deposited some funds.
Now, when I try to withdraw my earnings, they're refusing to process the withdrawal unless I provide additional documents.

🚩 My Funds Are Stuck – eToro Won't Let Me Withdraw
I have been trying to withdraw my own money, and eToro refuses to process my withdrawal without any explanation! Every time I try, my request is either delayed, ignored, or rejected without a reason.

I have followed all the proper steps:
My account is fully verified with ID and proof of address.
I have no open trades that would prevent withdrawal.
I have plenty of funds available in my balance.
I have requested withdrawals to the same payment method I used for deposits, as required by eToro.

Yet, despite following every rule, my money is still locked in their platform!

📉 Horrible Customer Support – They Just Ignore You
When I contacted eToro's customer support, I expected some kind of explanation or help. Instead, I got:
Zero transparency – They give generic, copy-paste responses without actually addressing my issue.
No real human support – They force you to submit tickets that they never respond to.
Live chat is a joke – If you even get access to live chat (which is rare), they just tell you to "wait" with no clear resolution.

I've emailed them multiple times, submitted tickets, and tried every possible way to reach them – and they still refuse to help.

EToro is NOT Safe – Do Not Trust Them with Your Money
At this point, I have serious doubts about eToro's legitimacy. A financial platform that refuses to let users access their own funds is a huge red flag. They market themselves as a safe and easy trading platform, but the reality is they trap your money.

It's shocking to see so many other people facing the same issue. Just search online, and you'll find hundreds of complaints about eToro blocking withdrawals, freezing accounts, and ignoring customers.

💰 Possible Fraud? I Will Be Filing a Complaint
If eToro does not release my funds immediately, I will be taking further action:
Filing complaints with financial regulators like the FCA (UK), CySEC (Europe), and any other authorities that oversee their operations.

Ho utilizzato tante piattaforme di trading e posso dire, senza ombra di dubbio, che eToro é decisamente la peggiore. Ed è forse per questo che si fa una pubblicità così martellante e virale. Innanzitutto quando si depositano i soldi sul proprio conto una certa parte viene letteralmente persa a causa delle commissioni di cambio da € a $, dato che il conto è in $ nonostante stia in una banca ubicata a Malta. Ad esempio su *******€ versati ne ho trovati sul conto solo *******. Inoltre molti ETF non si possono nemmeno acquistare su eToro o perché non sono disponibili, o per non specificate ragioni normative o perché la piattaforma stessa impedisce all'investitore di investirci. Non è affatto raro che compaia la scritta "CFD trading é attualmente limitato sul tuo account". Questo accade perché il sistema, a seguito di un questionario tipo MIFID, seleziona quali investitori possono accedere determinati investimenti e quali no. Ma in realtà sono loro a non capire con che tipo di investitori hanno a che fare, in quanto personalmente ho già comprato molti degli etf che loro mi hanno negato di acquistare, su altre piattaforme, ovviamente più serie e che mi hanno consentito di acquistarli. In definitiva eToro é un broker costoso, difficoltosa da utilizzare, che non funge nemmeno da sostituito d'imposta e che permette solo di acquistare una quantità molto limitata di prodotti, e che spesso e volentieri blocca o limita l'operatività degli account degli utenti per motivi futili e pretestuosi

Ma evidentemente sono loro ad avere dei problemi e a non capire con che gente hanno a che fare, in quanto io già ho comprato molti di questi ETF, che loro definiscono "CFD", su altre piattaforme di trading, ovviamente più serie e che mi consentivano di acquistarli. Di conseguenza eToro é soltanto una piattaforma INUTILE, difficoltosa da utilizzare, che non funge nemmeno da sostituito d'imposta e che permette solo di acquistare una quantità molto limitata di prodotti, ma che in compenso é eccezionale nel fregarsi una bella parte di soldi depositati sui conti dei clienti!

I had a position on natural gas with a total balance of aprox 5k.On Friday I had a a total commision/swaps of aprox $500(added in about 1-2 weeks),ON MONDAY MORNING I HAD A COMMISSION/SWAP OF $1000.How is this possible?
I asked their live chat agent how is posssible to charge that much over the weekend and he could not give me an answer.
So I am asking,if their own agent can not give me an explanation over their charges HOW I SHOUD KNOW AS AN UNEXPERIENCED TRADER.
And the worst part is that they believe that all this is okay and they think that with one email the situation is solved.
Not from my side,my opinion is STAY AWAY from this thiefs.
