I had to register a car for the first time. I was taken to their website thinking this was the official dmv online registration. After paying 100 dollars and uploading EXTREMELY sensitive documents to their website, I got a message that they were reviewing my order. A month! Went by. Finally I called and found out that the 100 dollars was only covering their fee and not yet any of the dmv registration costs! They said I was supposed to get an email saying a document was missing but I had not received one word from etags after paying their fee. I ended up having to do everything in person anyway, and they say they will refund partially. Thanks for nothing. If my identity should God forbid be stolen, I know where it happened.
None at this time to report to anyone this may referenc. But actually you should make it so at time of re-register you can do a change of license also
Outstanding service, fast reliable and awesome. Hope they are still in business in two years, and I think for military personnel living outside of Florida is good.
It was easy to complete the necessary information, however, it took a long time to get it actually transferred. I have emailed twice with no response.

2. The mail item said you needed confirmation on my insurance. Why was nothing said on line?

Came faster than expected. Had emails every step of the process and an email confirming delivery. It was a bit pricey... But, I work Monday-Friday until after 4:30 and cannot take off work to go down to the DMV. I will be using ETAGS again!
So easy to use. That is why I rated a FIVE.
BUT, then I realized that I had to enter at least 100 chracters.
GET RID OF THIS REQUIREMENT. I ALMOST DOWNGRADED TO A 3 BECAUSE OF THIS REQUIREMENT.
Then it auto joined me to sitejapper! ELIMINATE this.
BECAUSE OF THESE TWO THINGS, if I knew about this to start, I would not have submitted a review.
The tags I ordered came on time. I change the address and the delivery was perfect.
It was exactly what I expected.
My auto registration tags were delivered very quickly indeed! In fact it took exactly six days and I was good to go!
My two-year tag cost $132.20, but eTags charged me an extra $32.10 to mail me a sticker. It's a good thing I ordered a two-year tag or I would have had to pay the $32.10 next year, too. If you need a plate I can understand that shipping should cost more, but how can you justify $32.10 for a sticker?
