Hassle free. However it would have been the same if I had renewed via the state's website The additional charges are outrageous from Etags. Did my additional cars renewal thru the state's websites and OMG what a saving. Received all the tags on the same day. Think before you click go thru the state's website "GoRenew.com" and save.
Hi Zenon, thanks for your feedback. We have quite a lot of work ahead of us if you can get same day delivery from the state but we are up for the challenge. We do charge additional fees for the services we provide which includes more than just fast processing (not fast enough apparently) and that includes providing a digital copy of the registration card by email among other things. Very easy - seemed to be quite a few "convenience fees" but my tags arrived at my home & I didn't have to wait in the tag office
Yes the process was simple but maybe i'm simple also. I believe the email said the tag renewal was $34. My credit card was billed $68. What, did I renew for two years? Just as easy to walk into Desoto Square tag office the next time. They have the simple process.

Hassle free! Except at first I could not get it to go through no matter what I did I kept putting in the last 3 digits of the VIN number and nothing! We have a Tahoe finally I decided to check under the type of vehicle section and ours was under Truck and Auto well then I saw one for trailer or vessel and decided to click that and it worked! I couldn't believe it that was a big hassle as I tried over 5 or 6 times to get it to go through! Other than that once that happened Everything went perfect! I don't know why the Tahoe is classified under a trailer offer vessel, I thought it would have been an auto or truck and good thing I tried Keying on to that! Me SMART COOKIE!

Etags is super expensive and offers unnecessary bonuses. I would just like to pay my renewal fee.
Answer: Hi Karl, yes, you can. If you are already an owner of the vehicle, you can order a duplicate or replacement title if you lost your original copy. If you need to transfer ownership into your name, you can also request a transfer of the title only without applying for a registration. We provide both of these services in Florida, California, and Pennsylvania. New York services will be online soon. Visit eTags.com to choose the state and service. If your vehicle is not currently registered in any of those state or you are not transferring that title to that state, you can still do the same service directly with the DMV in the state you are in. Answer: Hi John, thanks for your question. We currently offer renewal service online in California, Maryland, and Florida. You will be able to still use our service if your vehicle is registered in California or Florida. Please keep in mind that the DMV will require we collect the past due amount along with the fee to bring your tag current through the next year. If your vehicle is registered in Maryland, the MVA requires you renew in person if you are more than 6 months late so you will not be able to complete the order online with eTags. We apologize for the delayed reply as this site (sitejabber.com) is not owned or operate by eTags and we do not monitor communications via this independent reviews website regularly. Our support team can respond to inquires within 24 hours if we are contacted directly by phone or email. On our website, both before and after and order is submitted for Florida registered vehicle, we itemized our service fees and we disclose that your state registration fee is to be determined (TBD). The Florida registration fee is not listed on the website becuase, since we are not the DMV, we have to send your plate information to a state licensed agency to calculate that amount and that is done offline. We do provide a resource before the order is placed that allow you to estimate the amount of your state registration fee and we also disclose on our website that we are not owned or operated by any government agency. We apologize if you missed that information prior to completing your order. Your registration was already renewed on 3/24/17 and this cannot be reversed with the state DMV. Your tags were already shipped to the address you provided us at the time you placed your order. Please contact our customer support team directly by phone or email and they will be able to assist you with any additional questions or concerns you may have.
