Good. However, I never received
A renewal and received a ticket for expired sticker. This is my first vehicle in Florida, I had moved from NJ.
I don't care how high the fee is as long as this circumvents going to the DMV then I will use them every time until a better company comes along.
Creidt card fees, agency fee, expediting fee, convenience fee, shipping fee and then, of course, tag fees etc...- I was in a hurry and honestly didnt realize I was ordering through a 3rd party -- when I searched renew tags it was the first to pop up and asked all the right questions and processed my credit card... it wasnt until after that I noticed it was through he DMV -- my fault --- aside from the excess charges... it was seamless and quick :)
The online renewal is better for the customer and the mva. What justifies the expensive fee charged when it is cheaper for the customer and the MVA.
Renewal was fery convenient.
When do I pay the registration fee.
This much easier than going to the DMV or the local AAA office. The etag fee could use some downward adjustments though.;^)

Had to skip using PayPal as it didn't connect.
Excellent and efficient
I placed the order and went in to check on it and it was shown not placed. Charges for eTag are extremely expensive when it was mailed in a regular envelope. Being handicapped I feel I was scalped.
Was not worth paying all the extra money just to do it online will not do it again. Taking the day to go to the DMV would have saved me more money instead I paid for the convience so doing it online

Simple process. Start to finish. Had my tag in less than a week even with a government holiday durring that week.
It was delivered on time. The information was accurate. Also they send you a version to download. A littke pricey with fee but not too much.
Lot easier than standing in line waiting on your number to be called
The process was clear and easy to submit via the Internet, and the rate of turn-around time to receive it was excellent.
Easy...as it turned out I spent a large amount for a quick delivery and it took quite a bit longer than expected. Not a real bad thing but a bit too much for the time it took, in my opinion. All is well.
You should have included the State of Florida Fees so we would know the total charges! $83:50
