It vwas so easy to do it was very do just that I did not know that it would cost me $35 to do
I didn't see anywhere on the renewal notice that there is a $29 processing fee for internet registration. Otherwise I would have mailed it in.
I had no available confirmation to provide immediately & was unsure of the timeline that my tag receipt would take. So, I had to call into the call center. However, everything else was very well organized & I received excellent customer service & email communication.

I can not say a bad word about the service, the Representative (April) and the told way the communication was handled between myself and e Tags.

The online order for tag renewal was not accepted so I went to registration office in Orlando. Perhaps that was because it was over due?

After further review upon my eTag invoive it appears this is an independent agency that bypasses the Florida Department of Vehicle Registration. ETAGS charged me approximately $50.00 more to process each auto tag. If I had gone directly through the Department of motor vehicles mail order directly I would have save a lot of money. I say this because after I got my eTags which were I must say processed and received quickly with great service and no problems. But I would have much rather have saved the extra charge I paid eTags and ordered directly through the Department of Motor Vehicles when they sent me my renewal notice and I saw the difference in the amount eTAGS charged me vs Florida Motor Vehicles.

Very user friendly
They don't mention that there is a $20 service fee for ordering from them. I will never do this again! I had thought it was a viable option to sending a check to the DMV.
It says processing fees will be added, but before you give them your credit card, you are not told how much. Don't order from etags! Use the US mail!
