1) After the initial e-mail I did not hear anything for days, so I did not know if it was being processed...
2) So I did not receive the certification (that I had paid and renewed my registration), to show in case I was stopped/ticketed by the police...
3) So I had to go into the local DMV office to find out if the online service was working.
4) When the delivery did arrive, it came in with a lt more charges than the ones I had approved on-line... This is counter-customer-service!
