After giving this to my husband he told me that this is a very old scam. I felt like an idiot and at first defended you by saying "at least they will plant a tree which is good for the world" to which he replied, "you don't know that". Now I feel like an idiot!
I gave a title of a Lady to my wife at Christmas. The reaction was positiv and I think it is a wonderful present. Then I explained the nice story behind it of a square food of land in Scotland, about the tree planting and so it was also a nice Christmas story.
Finally you can even register the estimate at google.
Everybody of our friends like it and call my wife Lady.
It is a funny present and I can recommend it to everybody.
As soon as I read the information sent by this company to Canada, I recognised a scam. The directions they gave to find her plot in Wigtownshire were to travel NORTH from Edinburgh, towards Dunfermline. Hey, Wigtownshire is south of Edinburgh, in the Scottish Southern Uplands, nearer to the English Borders. What a con.

Ever get annoyed when some dirty 20 year old tells you they identify as "insert crazy nonsense you would have to google to know"? Now you can reply back that they shall refer to you as lord or lady and have the legal backing to do so. Brilliant move by the alt right of scotland!

Excellent experience. I'm so proud to have a piece of the "auld sod" in my possession. I just wish my dad could have lived to see it. It's him I have to thank for my esteemed heritage. He'd be SO proud.
I purchased 5 titles and trees for my family. My son in law has passed away and I would've liked it to have said. "The late lord John Gibbs" but that option wasn't available so I will come up with something on the frame.
Can't wait to see the families faces Christmas morning.

Thats fun actually! I can't say that I've always wanted to be a lord lol but when I saw that you can buy a land and become a lord of it, I thought why not :) I think it can also be a great gift to someone so I want to present it to my wife too
This is the second order I've placed with Established Titles, and everything went just as smoothly and efficiently as the first time. Such a great gift idea and solid outfit to deal with.
I shipped one order to Roseau river, Manitoba for my parents and one order to me for myself and my girlfriend... I never got my order. For how much I paid for the land and physical certificate, I expected a bit more attention to detail on the shipping addresses. It's a cool idea but I never got mine or my girlfriend's certificate. This was timed so my girl could get her certificate on her birthday but it's nowhere to be found.

I ordered a printed certificate on June 4,2021 for my father in law for Father's Day and still have not received anything. I even ordered it early enough because they said that it would arrive within 10 business days. I have emailed them multiple times and still have not received any notifications, besides saying that they're sorry. There's no tracking number or anything. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. I check my mailbox every day and still have not received anything. Today is already June 23,2021. I want my printed certificate delivered to my house and a full refund at this point. This is ridiculous.

The company took my feedback seriously. They replaced the product with a new one for free and I received it OK yesterday. They even sent me a refund immediately after I published my original feedback below. Being impressed with their customer care I am sending them the well deserved sum back.

I ordered a printed copy of my certificate. It came but it was wrong. They sent a second one, it was wrong. They sent a third, it was wrong again. They sent a fourth... guess what? It was wrong. I sent them photos of the certificates that I received, showing the errors. Said they would again send me a corrected copy. That was several weeks ago and I have yet to receive it.

I just lost my mom and grandma. My grandpa is the only one I have left. I impulsively bought this for him without even really having the money too and then I look up the name to see it's a scam... and it seemed like it too because it said 50$ then jumped to 157... I would love a full refund please... I feel like I'm just going to get ignored. I'm already so stressed in life please just refund me. I emailed them asking for refund but no response...
