An unusual gift for just the right person. So long as they don't believe they could build a castle on the property, I suppose it's suitable.
I asked for a hard copy of my order of "Lord John McCormick" and I ended up with some electronic copy and since I'm unable to copy, print, or down load anything on my small ipad I had to ask for the "HARD COPY" the trouble is I have now been CHARGED TWICE. I find this disgusting. And I GOOD TO ME..
I keep getting information about my experience, but i have received anything accept a few emails so far?

It is true, we suggest all Lords and Ladies purchase a printed certificate, as this is superior quality printed on premium stock, however we would be more than happy to assist with your at-home printing as well.
We have sent you a private email containing a copy of your certificate in PDF format, as we are hopeful this will facilitate printing!

I had an order in which I send my name with some accents (because is a Spanish name) and when it arrived, the letters with accents was supposed to be had a different type of letter... it looked a bit ugly. I send a message asking for a correction and it was fast and very kind from Established Titles concerning attention and a new one in very good conditions. However, there was a difference between the first and the second proclamation image; the plot number was different. So, really have I bought 1 foot square? Or just a random number on a digital image? I don´t know.

Very speedy and friendly responses, helpful when I wanted extra assistance regarding printed copies of Proclamation Certificates. Most of all, lot's of fun in somewhat dark times. Highly recommended!
I feel like this is a scam. But I am not completely sure. I still havent received anything in the mail and it seems as if I would have had to go through a much more thorough application process.
