I ordered our titles for my husband and I, we thought it was so great we then ended up ordered another for my father-in-law. I had misinterpreted the website, but a quick email to customer service and they were great to clear everything up. They were pleasant to deal with, speedy in response and very helpful. We are thrilled to be Lord & Lady. Maybe someday we will be able to visit our site in Scotland.
I made a mistake filling out the order so the certificate arrived with the wrong details. I applied for a refund and a corrected title and this was done immediately, no question, no problem. It is exactly what you expect from any company but do not always receive.

I was to receive my PAPER Lord Designation within 10 days. I am currently in my 3 rd MONTH of waiting for that to arrive. I questioned "Customer Support" as to why it had not arrived LAST MONTH, a response was received with their apologies, explaining it was probably due to the current Pandemic as the cause for delay, that was a MONTH ago!
WHEN I SAW THE AD FOR THIS LAND & TITLE I COULD NOT WAIT TO ORDER IT. I HAVE SO MUCH FUN WITH THIS NOW, ITS EXCITING.
Ordered certificate of title for a friend as a gift on April 12. It could never be delivered because I couldn't sign for it, even though it was very clear from the order that I purchased it but it was in her name and delivered to her. Allegedly a new one has been shipped but it is now July 1 and still not even a tracking number. I know covid has been difficult for shipping, but this has been very frustrating as I have to keep seeking out the info, as opposed to the company being concerned. They did issue a partial refund so far but again, no sign of the title.

I had bought four (4) titles in quick succession around Easter AND paid for the documents to be posted to me. To date I have only received one (1) of the documents in the mail.
I understand that COVID may have impacted delivery, however I have still received one - so where are the other three (3)?

Always wanted to be a "royal lady" and now I am officially a lady and a landowner of a (small) piece of property in Scotland. LOVE MY NEW TITLE! Highly recommend this as a lovely gift for female friends as well as male friends (they can become a "lord").
Proclamation issued almost immediately. Had a great laugh with pals and would recommend it to anyone.
Still waiting to receive it, the download is a sample certificate with no date or numbers.
