My mom has direct roots to Scotland, and with the pandemic it was difficult to buy anything physical for her birthday. Fortunately, the purchase of a small piece of land in Scotland was the perfect gift idea! She loved it so much that she actually started to cry. I would 100% recommend this gift for people looking to get their loved one a totally unique gift!
I ordered this for my boyfriend gave a nice framed certificate. He loves it, and I may order more gifts later.

It's obvious you won't get all the benefits and responsibilities of being a lord but it's still funny to have the technical title. The jokes your able to tell make for a good laugh for sure

The intention of our title packs is to provide a novelty to those who might want to purchase something a little different for their friends and family; a certificate comes along with the plot ownership and our Lords and Ladies are oft able to use their titles on documents where there is an option for a title (for example, where one might put 'Mr' or 'Mrs').

This is a great gift idea for the person who loves medieval fantasy and has everything except their title. The fact it can be used on credit cards and any other document asking for a title is just icing on the cake.
It's been so nice to be able to use my Lord title. I get extra perks anytime I do! When I originally purchased, I wasn't sure if it would be worth it, but definitely worth the investment!
Still working on convincing my colleagues, friends and family to call me her ladyship... but some progress has been made! Thank you Established Titles! Fingers crossed for another 100 SQF of land to make my arguments more convincing!

Though it is true that the title packs are intended as novelty products based on historic Scottish land ownership customs, rather than Scots law, the titleholder's ownership of the plot is very real.
To elaborate on this point further, the plots of land themselves are recognised and referred to as'souvenir plots' in Scotland. Though souvenir plots are typically too small to be registered with the Scottish Land registry directly, we maintain our own private records and take our agreements and our obligations to our Lords and Ladies very seriously.
Furthermore, you might be interested to know that the plots at Aberdeenshire are located on a stretch of peaceful and serene woodland of rowan and ash trees across from Knichtland Burn in Huntly, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Because of the wooded nature of the land, we also ask those who are interested in making a purchase to consider the fact that the intention is for the land to be kept in its natural state, as part of the purchase arrangement between us and the titleholder, and so may not be suitable for someone who might want to have future plans for the land.

Received our documents, even through the COVID shutdowns. Hope to visit when we're allowed out! {grin}.
Printed version arrived in time for my wife's birthday. I installed it into a hand made golden wooden frame and it looks Great. She was totally thrilled and surprised, something out of the ordinary...
My hubby was ecstatic when our children and I gave him his peice of land he always wanted to go to see Scotland and now we own a peice of where he is from. Beaming father's day.
I ordered our titles for my husband and I, we thought it was so great we then ended up ordered another for my father-in-law. I had misinterpreted the website, but a quick email to customer service and they were great to clear everything up. They were pleasant to deal with, speedy in response and very helpful. We are thrilled to be Lord & Lady. Maybe someday we will be able to visit our site in Scotland.
