The way I was treated by the staff of Establshed titles I really was Lord of the Manor. The way they all went out of their way to make sure my certificate would arrive as it was chaos during lockdown at our Post. But I got it. Unfortunately I can't display it as it's being framed and gilded. Next time I will show you all how it shines. Just like the service of Established titles.
The certificate comes as an attachment you open, I had ours printed on thick paper and it looked really good. My son loves it.
Well I am (as many of you possibly are) a "new" Lord Boy that feels good but the only reason why I don't give 5 stars are the "feeling" when buying the product. At some of the competitors you revive a ID card, handbooks and a "pro" certificate.
For example when they send you the mail where they congrats you, with your buy, they don't write "Dear LORD xxxx thanks for the purchase bla bla bla" well they of ALL should do that... yeeeeees I know the title it is just for fun of it, but still. So dear Established Titles think about mabye be more "exclusive". I was really close go give a bit more and buy from another place just to get that "feeling". I know I could pay a bit extra for a nice printed document but it's not quite the same.
I hope those who see this STILL would buy from Established Titles because I think the price is good and for a gift. It's PERFECT! Actually I bought 2 gift and one for my self...

Recently used my title to fly to Europe, loved the extra attention from the flight crew. Who would have guessed being a Lord would be so much fun.
What sounded to good to be true, a title for a pittance, has proven to be a worthy cause! Before I found established titles, I used words like peasant casually. But now. Now Lord Woodruff has risen from my 1 square foot estate in the highlands. When I call someone a peasent it holds the gravitas that I never knew I was missing. Would 100% recommend. It makes a good gift too.
Critics of this can say what they want Lord & Lady V. of Ottawa proudly display and use their titles. Twas a proud moment to be able to personally present them With their certificates of title and land ownership.

I bought this for myself on my birthday as a bit of a gag. Soon after with my proclamation framed at home and work, everybody recognizes me as Lord. Food and drinks are free. People bow their heads. Red carpets are everywhere.

I've visited Scotland many times while stationed in Germany in the USAF 1990-1994. The established title has impressed friends and family and provided an opportunity to talk more about the Scotland I love.
Well, I'm Military Paramedic, I have a Master Degree in Finance, I'm silver medal in american football World Cup U-19 as Scout, and this Lord Title is the perfect complement for my wall. I have printed my electronic Title for my CV and I'm justo waiting for the original.

My wife surprised me with this and my family took it and ran. All of my brothers and sisters called me Lord for the remainder of the day. One of them called her and let her know she raised the bar for the other wives in the family. It was epic. Only complaint, I wish I had the GPS info to look up the land.

Our plots in Aberdeenshire are located on a stretch of peaceful and serene woodland of rowan and ash trees across from Knichtland Burn in Huntly, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. A location in which white wildflowers, purple thistles and other flora and fauna come to life during Spring and Summer.
We are saddened to say that we do not yet offer a map of the plots; however, we are indeed looking to make this available soon. We will be sure to let you know at the earliest when it is available!
