I saw ads about becoming a Lord and didn't quite know what to think of it. After doing some quick searching i realized it was indeed a possibility. I ended up getting a plot of land with Established Titles to become a Lord and quickly became the envy among friends. Needless to say i have since gifted out several additional plots to friends. Can't wait until we all take a group getaway and can show off our titles while traveling!

I purchased this established title for my eldest son as a gift. He has always joked that he descended from royalty. As luck would have it, upon researching our ancestry, we are indeed along with 2 US presidents. I thought this would make an amazing gift to give him to remember his roots.

Having a title of Lord for so little is a nice little pleasure, even if you are French. Quick receipt of the title, and easy to print format. Be careful, avoid accents.
You get a certificate claiming you are a Lord or Lady, cant do anything with it as its not accepted by any banks etc, so maybe print your own deed and frame it. Exactly the same outcome

The intention of our title packs is to provide a novelty to those who might want to purchase something a little different for their friends and family; a certificate comes along with the plot ownership and our Lords and Ladies are oft able to use their titles on documents where there is an option for a title (for example, where one might put 'Mr' or 'Mrs').

I recently purchased 2 of the 1 sqft land titles. 1 for me and 1 for my wife. Kinda a surprise for my wife. At first, she didn't think that it was real. But after explaining it to her, she thought it was kinda kewl that she could be called a Lady. She even asked her work (she's a nurse) if she would be allowed to put it on her badge. More as a conversation piece than wanting to be called my Lady. They said no but thought it was really interesting that she was a titled landowner and still a nurse.
Overall, I was very impressed with Established Titles. Their website is very detailed. They do not use any bait-and-switch tactics which is nice. Anything you need to know, you can find there. Plus they have some beautiful pictures of where the land is. One thing that I think is very nice is that you are to see the actual land in person. They give your the actual coordinates of your plot. Plus you can use Google maps or bing maps to see where it is too.
Being able to print out my titles hip paper at home is a big plus. Don't have to wait for it in the mail hoping it doesn't get damaged. I printed mine and my wife's on heavy cards took and I'm getting ready to frame them.
The ease to purchase land and become a Lord was astounding. I like to looks on peoples faces when i introduce myself as Lord, and explain i own land and that's how i became a Lord. Highly recommended.
I have been calling my Husband Lord for over 16 years to officially have the title of LORD made his life... you should have seen his face, Best gift ever
This was such a fun gift to give my husband! We are hoping to plan our trip to see our plot in the next year. Well worth it!
