We love e-signs! We work with other organizations and one of them ordered signs from your competitor, although they are nice signs, I mentioned e-signs telling my organization we could get double the quantity of double-sided signs for the same price that our sister organization paid. We purchased double the amount of double-sided signs (the other organization bought single-sided signs). I was tasked with doing just that. Over the years we have learned that you need to be careful with color schemes because older citizens had difficulty reading signs. E-signs offers a variety of colors and shades and when you find the perfect match a simple click of the mouse duplicates that perfection to side two. Two days later our signs had arrived! I must say, this is the first time I have ever received so many inquiries and compliments on lawn signs! E-signs, you are our hero!

Product quality and delivery was perfect. Only glitch was the process for ordering single copies of multiple signs. I don't remember having a problem the last time I did this; maybe the web form has changed? But there is no intuitive way to place a second, different order. I would never have guessed you had to go back to square one and choose the format all over again. The chat experience was frustrating. The tech's (Esperanza) first answer was to 'upload each file separately'--too vague. I asked how to upload a second file and the answer was 'You can either click back if is the same item or you can click in the item and upload new file' which tells me nothing. If I weren't in a rush, I would've considered using a different company, despite my satisfaction with eSigns the first time. So I heartily suggest a better interface--or clearer instructions--for folks like me (there have to be others like me) who want single copies of multiple designs.
