I ordered a 24" silverstep retractable sign for my wife's 1966 Mustang GT last October to put next to the car when it's sitting at car shows. The sign was beautiful but I had trouble with the sign retracting back into the base. I tried the adjustment video they sent me to no avail. I contacted them last week and was hoping I could send it back and have them adjust it for me. SURPRISE! They sent me an e-mail the next day saying they were sending out a new sign...WHO DOES THAT? Well it just arrived today and works perfectly. ESigns is definitely an outstanding company who takes pride in their products. I have another sign in my basket waiting to be finished for my 1971 Dodge Dart Swinger...hopefully the car will be finished soon so I can get the sign completed and ordered. Thank you eSigns for your excellent customer service and quality products... I will be sharing your site with all my fellow street rodders and anyone else who needs this type of product...Thanks, Andre and Kris
I have ordered several banners from esigns.com and feel they are a very good product for the price. And, I like the personal design tool. One thing I would caution is to double check colors you pick. They sometimes look different on your screen. I was using a gold/yellow color on my last project and I thought I had picked the same swatch for all the gold/yellow parts of my banner. When I got the banner, one part was a tad different shade. The swatches to choose from don't have names so, it was hard to remember which one I had picked for the different parts. Otherwise, they are great products.
eSigns.com rocks! They always come through on time (or before!) and do a great job. Colors are vibrant, text is clear and crisp - couldn't be happier! They're my first choice this time and every time!
