Two of the bags had broken zippers, but the customer service team is sending out replacement bags.
The banners themselves are gorgeous and were very high quality. The bags are nice too. I just think that maybe you need to upgrade your zippers (unless there was something really weird and for some reason I received 2 / 5 broken zippers and no one else is complaining of the same poor quality).
I love this website! Just found it today and hopefully the quality is good. I goofed on one of my signs and had to throw it away but it was my mistake on the spelling.

After receiving my order, I actually called and talked to Nicole (I think). Our banner was so cool and just what I wanted that I had to thank somebody right away. Nicole answered the phone, we talked, she was great. I asked a few questions about the company, wondered how many people, how you guys do it so fast, etc.
I work in a manufacturing environment, and I know our production folks don't hear it enough when our customers are super happy. They're more apt to hear when our customers have problems, so please... share our story with your production people and let them know that our company in Buffalo, New York, thinks you guys are the best!

This is my 2nd order with esigns. I really like to online proof process. I also appreciate that they are on the ball. There was a small issue with our first order and they fixed it and got the replacement out to us quickly and without issue.

System would not save my designs. Designed my banners several times. Banners should have had black letters and they were a dark blue. Second time that I have ordered. This time wasn't as great as first time.
