I had made an error with my order and received emails immediately to call about it. I called and the representative was awesome in helping me fix my order and completed everything for me and then I had my order in two days! I was just very glad to have the help fixing my problem!

I wish that you had more "effects" for text such as shadow, 3-D, etc., and we could import fonts.

Would be great if you also had cloth banners!

A few months ago I ordered a banner and was impressed with the ease of designing it and your service so I used it again for some signs. I hope to submit an order again for a banner for a club I belong to once I get approval. I am very satisfied with your service.

Ordering was seamless and easy so there is not much to write. That's a good thing! I did have a question on the file that I uploaded as the online display showed pixelation. When I called customer help, they looked at my file and confirmed it was indeed a vector image and would print ok. When the order arrived it was excellent.

You installed groments as I requested, thank you. In my case I use two signs back to back and slide them over a frame of 1" square tube made to size, it would be nice if you could stitch the two sides and top enstead of groments to make an envelope to slide over the frame. Just a thought for future options.
