Our order had a gray background that looks like cracked cement or stone. The gray turned out very pixelated, and you can see all the indevidual colors that go together to make the gray. Pretty disappointed with the printing quality!
A little trouble with the website when I tried to edit/delete items, but other than that great customer service!

I'm very happy with my experience with eSigns.com. I was impressed by how easy it was to customize the banner and get exactly what I wanted for a price that was very competitive. On top of that, I had my order within a few days.
The nature of the programs I coordinate means that we receive our graphics from our designer the week before our events take place. I've ordered custom banners from esigns twice now and not only have the prices been the cheapest, but their delivery/turnaround is ridiculously fast; I place my order with the confidence that it will get here when they say it will get here. DEFINITELY my #1 stop for all vinyl banners going forward!
I have ordered about six banners over last year and this year. I have been very happy with all of them. I did have one come in that was wrong but a new one was sent immediately. So very impressed with customer service. I also like the design section. It is very easy to design your own including your own pictures. One item of concern. I order my banners for The American Legion so would like to show them a picture of the banner before ordering but can not do that. Would like to be able to do a preview print. Otherwise, a great experience every time. Prices are very good. Shipping seems a bit pricey but don't know if they have control over that. I will use esigns again and have recommended them to others. Your online submission was easy to follow and your representatives courteous and helpful. The standard shipping was less than a week. The finished product, an 8' x 8' banner, looks great. The colors are rich and vibrant--everything I hoped for. I love the fact that the vinyl is translucent, so that light comes through, which makes the colors glow.
