We received our order with a very quick turnaround time which was excellent since we needed the banner up asap as the job is already under construction. There was a small tear in the material in the bottom left hand corner of the banner near the grommet. Because of the necessity of getting our banner hung as quickly as possible, I hung the banner as is. There should be more attention to detail during final inspection of your product prior to shipping.
