A simple transaction can take four days because they pretend to be a global service but really are only US focused service provider. Their support only works and responds on US west coast week days - 8AM-4PM and the other time you are on your own.

Still awaiting a transaction to be confirmed even after they have received $$ into their account as of 4 days ago.

Escrow.com attempted to help this customer through the SmartCustomer Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
