My shoes arrived quickly and appropriately packed (wrapped in a protective bag, a waterproof bag and kept safe in a cardboard box). The shoes are exactly as pictured - good quality and well put together. My tip: Make sure you measure your feet carefully when ordering - i had to reorder in the next size up as the first ones were much too tight even though I thought I'd measured properly. At $45 it wasn't too bad to reorder though. Very happy with the comfort and appearance of these shoes for my wedding day!

I ordered 3 items. I got no verification from Eric dress that the order had gone through. Only a confirmation from Paypal that my payment has been accepted. After about 4 weeks I sent to email to Eric dress asking for some status. They had none. That night I received a message from DHL informing me that a delivery was going to be made the next day. That delivery was from Eric dress and was for part of my order. I was very disappointed not only in the quality but in the sizing. I am an adult woman, and the coats that I ordered might fit my grand daughters who are 6 & 8. I fear the only way to rectify this matter may be to call Eric dress. Turns out they are in the Republic of China. Wonder how much the international call would be?

My order was a combination of three dresses and to pairs of stiletto heels. I did this because I wanted to order to a total cost of 200 usd so that I could avail the free shipping that was part of a promo bundle. After I had processed and cashed out, my total bill was 207 bucks. Processing took quite a while, something like two weeks. I Mailed the C. S department and they responded almost immediately. I learned my order had been shipped. In three days time; that is from my contact day, my order came. Like any other shopper I was so Eager to open It. Anyway all orders were well designed. I will shop again from the site.

These red color boots is very popular among girls and I was searching for this color for a long time. At last I found this wonderful color in Ericdress.com. I love these boots so much. Very satisfied with the products, shipping and customer service!

If there was a way to give 6 stars I would. The sixth star for the shipping that was done at a lightning speed. I thought standard shipping takes long but once I had received a tracking number through a mail, it took three days for the dress to come against my expectation to get it in 7 days or more. The dress looks great as well. Thanks

I love my cotton sheath dress with long sleeve and round neck. It looks superb in this combination with plain round neck. I wore a small piece of jewelry and I looked simply beautiful. The cotton fabric is very cool.

They keep on sending me to pay my order and after payment no one will reply you
And after 3 days from payment they still asking me if I paid my order and the data of payment and I sent it already before 3 days, they take full day to reply one question even u sent them in same time they message you

My order I should receive it in 8 days now 3 days left and they still asking Me payment
