Beautiful dresses. I was a bit hesitant ordering online, but they were exactly what I was after. I would order dresses from this site again.

Although I accidentally ordered the wrong colour (My fault) surprisingly this dress in the colour Regency is simple stunning! I have now changed my entire wedding colour scheme to be regency and my bridesmaids look amazing! Custom measurements were spot on - fits perfectly.

Dress is fantastic value for money. I ordered this in black and it looks stunning. I ordered a standard 12 and i have to have it taken in a little and the length is too long, but i was expecting that.

Great quality all round.

I bought a sweater. It was really cute in the picture. In real life, the quality was pretty bad. It was also appeared they ran out of yarn while making it, so simply just stopped where they ran out. Thus, a butt length sweater actually came to my waist. (I am 5'2" so this is not a matter of being wrong size, as they told me.) The fur collar was made of - I don't know, but it was pretty bad.
They refused to accept returns. They suggest that instead I give it to charity. Luckily, I paid with paypal, and was able to successfully make a claim thru them. Shipping? I don't remember exactly how long it took. More time than I expected. 4 to 6 weeks, is my recollection. Also, when I gave them a poor review online, they were SOooo helpful. So they sounded. In actual fact, out of the public view, they couldn't have cared less. No. Save yourself the heartache. Shop elsewhere.

One shows the back of the sweater I received. If you count the designs, there are 12 going down the back. In the back picture from their site, you can see there are 20 rows of this design. No wonder it is so short!

I have ordered a pair of boots and still haven't received them. So I will never order from them again. I have emailed them and got no response yet.

I ordered 2 items from Ericdress 12/8 an they took my money out of my bank account with in 10mins of making order! Nothing has happen with my order ever since that day! I sent them an email with no responce as of yet. It's been 3 days now. There is no other way to contact them either! If you read through the reviews with problems you see they send the same message to everyone! If I don't get my order or my money back by Monday I'm turning this company in! This is the first online company I have ever had this much trouble with. I do 90% of my shopping online. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

I placed an order for 2 evening gowns last Dec 7 and I still haven't received them. I checked the order details from the website and there was no tracking information. We are leaving out of town on Mon dec 22 and we need these dresses. If I dont get these by this weekend I will return these and get a refund. I emailed my complaint and tried to call the international phone number but no answer

I ordered 2 pair of boots for myself, was hoping to have a couple of pairs of comfy boots for the winter, I had ankle replacement surgery so I needed something I could get on and off easy, I recieved the boots 15 days later, which was fine I loved the boots, the problem was they was no where near my size 7, the shipping was so high i didnt mind paying for it once but to sent it back would cost as much as a pair of boots, they look like a children pair of boots that would a child around 7 or 8 years old. I really don't know what to do about this problem i think the shipping was 30.oo dollars so not reasonable to ship back because that would be a cost of 60.00 for the orginal shipping plus the new shipping. Any ideas 4 me?
