Love my cardigan - shame I'll have to wait months before it will be cool enough to wear it. Very neat how the lined faux fur collar can be detached for cleaning.

My boots from Ericdress are so cute, stylish, comfortable and look exactly like the picture. The price is unbeatable. I got so many compliments on these boots when I wore them and they are so versatile that you can dress them with casual wear (jeans) or wear them with a maxi skirt. I LOVE these boots and am so glad I got these. The "vintage" look is exactly what I wanted and I got it! Thank you Ericdress!

I am very upset with this company.
They promised 2 day shipping...
My order was placed and paid for on 12/02/2014... surely in plenty of time for Christmas.
Nope...
And when I sent their "Customer Service Dept" via email, I received the following reply;

I just checked the status of your order, it is shipped out by EMS. The tracking number is LN*******CN, you can track it on http://www.17track.net/index_en.shtml, you can get it in 10-15 days. Please go to your local postal office to pick it up on time, thanks!.

Please note that the above email EricDress responded with contains no valid solution to my order issue.
The link(s) are dead... nor do I have any desire to go to my post office daily to pick up my package.
My packages are shipped to my house.
Why would you even ask us for an address, then tell us to pick it up at our local PO?
In the event someone from EricDress see's this post... my order number is *******.
Order amount= $59.73.
I either want the boots I ordered or a full refund by Jan 1,2015, or I file a formal complaint.

You made my daughter very happy and I really thank you very much! Your customer service is wonderful and really bent over backwards to assist us in getting this, for her, a perfect dress!
