Everything is too small, not standard sizes, some of the items are of the poorest quality, the sole of the boots fell off after wearing them once etc. Big disappointment. Plus I had to pay extra for shipping to DHL, which was totally unexpected, since I had already paid for the shipping when I made the order. It took 3 weeks for my stuff to arrive... I will never make this mistake again and would not recommend the company to anybody.

I really love your service. Among all the websites your are the best in customer service. I ordered from many, many other websites but you are the best. One of my orders which I need as fast as they could send it to me got to Qatar in less than 3 days which was super great. I thought that it would take about 5 days... but wow, I got the dress today in less than 3 days, all the way from China to Saudi Arabia.
Let me start with saying I am extremely appreciative to everyone who helped me at ericdress. They saved me from a miserable existence because that is what my life would have been made by my daughter if ericdress hadn't come through like they did. Our search for a Senior Ball gown started off real bad to begin with. We went to other stores and every dress she liked either didn't have her size or not the right color. Every time she got her heart set on a dress they would get back to us and it was either discontinued or they couldn't get it here in time. We had all been given up specially after we ordered a dress on line through a company that I think wasn't a real dress company to begin with. I finally ordered from ericdress and was very pleased
Where do I start? Well, you are ordering from China and the items come via boat, so expect a several month delay. The clothes don't fit western bodies. The items I received were at least 3 and possibly 4 sizes smaller than their lables. Their descriptions suck (just read the one for coats - doesn't talk about lining, fill or anything else important to buying a coat). This is what I got from customer service when I asked for instructions to return an item, "I am sorry to hear that the cloth you ordered does not fit you well. You can return it back, but the shipping cost is very expensive.It will be a big lost for you.We suggest you give it to your relatives or friend as a gift or resell it locally at a good price." STAY AWAY!

These are fantastic! I bought all the colors! These are so warm and comfortable. My only complaint would be that I do wish they made a larger size. The one-size-fits-all does stretch to fit, but becomes slightly transparent over the butt and thighs which is where I want them to be opaque.
Love my leggings. Just the right amount of warmth for cycling this winter.
The inside of my tight is very warm and so soft. They are perfect if you get a shirt to cover the to part. They look like pantyhose but they are very thick and warm. They are also great to fit under jeans because of the fabric.
