I ordered a dress for a wedding in May, order # *******. I had it customized to my size, and was a bit nervous that I would not receive it in time for the wedding since I ordered it a little late... I was very impressed by the customer service Alex provided, since he put a rush on the item and ensured that I got it in time for the wedding. Not only was the customer service great, but so was the product. The dress was stunning, well made, great quality and fit perfectly! I was so amazed! I loved it and got so many compliments... I'll definitely be ordering here again for my special occasions. The price was also great. Thank you Alex and Eric Dress!
This dress is nothing like the picture. It was cheaply made. If I could upload a picture of the dress they sent me you guys would think twice about ordering from them. I had a ball to go to and I had to go out and buy a new dress. I sent the dress back and they never gave me my money they said it's my problem now. Please don't order!
Sent a jacket back 90 days ago. Still do not have my refund. Their standard reply for 3 months is that is their busy season. I have never dealt with such a deceitful company before. I will never order anything from China again. I seriously question their business practices and honesty.

Showing nice picture and selling one of the rubish product. To attract buyer giving nice offer displaying was $95 now $34 at last sending very cheap product which will cost only $4. This is totally cheating the customers by showing good n crazy offer.So, I am writing for all of the online shopper guy please please dont buy any product from this eric.com. I dont know how come people give this shopping sites good review. Review can be done by their people as well. Anyway is crap sites honestly i let you know you guys dont buy it if bot you will also regret same like me. If you have any quiry regarding product you can ask me is F****** worst. Dress arrived earlier than the estimated 10-20 days. I was very pleased. As with most of the items I purchased from Ericdress, I will buy one size up and it fits perfect. My only issue is I have a short torso and the dress is half an inch too long in the back. Not their fault as they wouldn't know what my torso length is and it's nothing but a small and quick alteration. Overall I love the dress!
After some initial problems with the shipment (delay due to minor item on backorder), which was solved amicably, the package arrived in good shape and by express posting (seller's compensation offer). I am very happy with the product, as described and doing its job already. Overall experience this time a little more complicated than in the past, but I am a happy customer who WILL COME BACK.
