The part I order was not like the original, but I was able to make it work. I had to provide a new set screw to secure the gear in place, which was a different size than the original. EReplacment sell the screws, but nowhere did I find any information that it was needed, so now I have to spend another $5 shipping for a $2 screw.

Ordering was easy, shipping was fast, product was what I needed! I emailed a message for help and received a email back very fast with answers to my question!

I received the exact replacement part I needed/ordered in a timely fashion -- quite pleased with this company.

Have a Porter Cable BN200 nail gun LOVE it for 24 years done a million ft or lumber! Ended up piston o-rings were bad ordered a set of rings as overhaul kits are no longer available for this model. EReplacement Parts was the only online site that had any parts available! Great price and fast shipping! Cost a whole $18:00 to fix! New gun $149:00!

I was looking for a part for my coffee grinder. I ordered it like 2 years ago but it was not in stock. They kept my order active, and emailed me every so often to let me know the status and ability to cancel if I wanted to. I finally got the part a couple of weeks ago. Way to follow through!

During the Covid-19 pandemic, all businesses experienced some glitches, and eReplacementParts didn't send the part I ordered. I cancelled payment, then ordered it
Again and received the part very quickly. I will use them again.

Well I just checked my e-mail for my order status. It now says N/A order delayed. I have now canceled my order and will buy a new vacuum cleaner. ZERO STARS.
