Received part in a very timely manner. Ordered it for my son to replace a broken cable on his lawn mower. Unfortunately, we ordered the wrong part and before he realized it, he threw the package away so now he has a part that he doesn't need but will have it in the future should he need it.
I received exactly what I needed. The website did inform me that my order may take longer to process, but I received it within a reasonable amount of time.
I ordered some parts. Received an empty box well not quite empty because only thing in box was a refrigerator magnet with company info. I have sent texts and tried to call with no luck. Will never be ordering from them again
I called to order a part for my weed trimmer and I also needed a spring for the same part for which I had no part number. The eReplacement rep was very efficient and found the part numbers I needed. I received the parts within a week. The parts fit perfectly. My weed trimmer is back in service.
Ordered my replacement parts for my vent a hood, and it was super easy to find the parts I needed. The shipment arrived very quickly and packed so well.
They had the parts for an old Ryobi BT3000 table saw that I couldn't find any where else saw works great again

I ordered a replacement part for my grill and paid for expedited shipping to get the item quickly. I got an email stating the item was essentially on backorder and it would be sent as soon as in stock. It was almost a month before I got an email the item was shipped. Shipping then took multiple days. I then got an email stating the item was sent back because the address was not found. This really annoys me cause I am in the city and literally get packages all the time. The company then refunded money for the item itself. I was not reimbursed for the expedited shipping costs. It is quite amusing to me cause it was never sent expedited anyway. Go figure no product. And I ended up looking money. I would say this was one of the worst experiences possible.

Well, we finally got the part after waiting for 1 month plus. Not the fastest. Hope next time we need a part it comes in less than a month.
The Clerk was very helpful and very fair. I had ordered a part for a lawn mower then on line and I decided that the lawn mower was too far gone to repair. I returned the part in person at the warehouse and purchased another part for a different lawn mower. The clerk refunded the amount I returned including shipping charge and just charged me for the new item that I purchased. Great Job! I passed your business card to a friend that fixes all sorts of things and I'm sure he will doing his business with you in the future.
While the parts are accurate in replacement, i didn't care for the 2 weeks it took to receive them. But this won't stop me from ordering again.
Parts came in order were not correct to what I ordered. Very unhappy after such an extended wait for them!
