I ordered part. Sept 21. It was shipped in a very timely manner so this review does not reflect on erp. I watched this product leave utah, spend a day in nebraska, the a couple days in kansas the day on to charlotte n. C. whis is about 150 miles from my east tn location. From there it went to georgia 300 miles away and the last time I checked it was in mississippi. I know and understand that with covid things get a little mixed up sometimes but, this is uncalled for. I have spent 18 years driving in the LTL freight business, and understand shipping lanes somewhat. I ordered the product sept 21 and it's Oct 6 and I still don't have it.

I ordered a replacement cord for my Rowenta iron. I not only got the part within a week, but it was a perfect match and easy to replace. My 10+ year old iron is back in service and like brand new again!

Still waiting
October 5, 2020

Ordered a part from them on July 31 of this year and am still waiting for the right part to be sent. Have emailed them with the picture of the original order but they will not acknowledge that I ordered the part and will not respond to my repeated emails. But they did charge me for the part that I ordered but never got.

The new belt worked purfic so back to gether no problem. The website was ez to work with the belt dos look different the old one had no ridges but no differents in the why it works. The newer models my have a different poly.

I was pleased to finally receive the replacement switch for the Oster Clipper. I ordered it in June and it finally arrived at the end of September. This is not the fault of eReplacement however. COVID played a major part in why the switch was unavailable from the manufacturer for such a long time. It's too bad that the manufacturer did not make the toggle "bat" out of metal rather than fragile plastic as this would have prevented the need for the replacement work. I am Happy with the eReplacement diligence in letting me know what was causing the delay. I will use them in the future without doubt. All for now Dr. A.

Dewalt parts

I dropped my hammer drill in the pool. I blew it out with air and it still worked but a week later it quit. Fearing that it might be ruined, I took it apart, to find that the brushes and armature were rusted severely. I ordered replacement parts from Ereplacements and installed them yesterday. Everything fit perfectly and it's back up running. Thank you Ereplacements!

Bad cust service

Paid for Parts & shipping, ordered verified correct Size items, but Received wrong size items in box that said A different item number after 2weeks, Called and no one there answers phones at all no cust ability for recordings either, Sent 4 emails for Some resolution if correct parts are in stock, finally just got an RMA, with no return postage, & no attempt to Verify if they Even have the correct parts as their website sez or resolve the issue in some way,
After 2 weeks Received a refund on parts Only!
Their mistake cost me shipping both ways and still no Attempt to send correct parts, Stay away from this place! Bad bad cust service

I had ordered a nut for a grinder. The part number was verified to be the right one. When the nut arrived it was to small and didn't fit. I then called back and discussed the issue. We did reverify the part number again. They set up a return for the first one with no cost to me. When the 2nd one arrived it was correct. It was found out that the vendor had packaged the wrong nut in a package that had the right part number. Very good costumer service.
