I ordered a new insert for my crockpot after I cracked my old one. It came well wrapped in bubble wrap and nice and solid. It got here pretty fast and I feel like for the weight of it the shipping was reasonable.

I need a replacement part on the door (left side) of a Samsung French door refrigerator. The CAM on the door had broken and could not be replaced by itself. I need a strip for the whole door. The replacement part was almost a perfect part. However, it was a 1/8 of an inch too short and the CAM portion would not work. I modified the CAM recipient part on the refrigerator by lowering it a 1/8 inch. Not perfect but it works and I did not have to purchase a new door. All in all I am happy with the results. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy this site was to maneuver. Even better, the parts for our long-out-of-date rug cleaner were readily available. Between their exploded parts view, the click-on-part feature, and a UTube video (not from eReplacementParts), I look like I could fix any appliance. (The video was for a newer model Bissell cleaner but offered lots of clues on what to look for. Some screws were really well hidden.) Did I mention the click-on-part feature? This made the fix diagnosis really simple and instantly zeroed in on what I needed to buy. This site is outstanding. Delivery time was reasonable. If you're a DIY-type, this is the place for you.

Needed a cap for my fishing reel that was very old ordered it from here and it fit perfectly would order from them again in a heartbeat very fast service
I recently purchased a replacement mower deck Mandrell (Part #*******) and it is useless as supplied.
I removed the old grease fitting (3/16') and tried to screw it into the new Mandrell and it was too big.
Checked with local authorized repair shop and they gave me new 3/16 straight drive to insert and no they were too big. Then we also tried the 6mm straight fittings, again too big. They didn't have any 5mm fittings.
Seem to be a cheap remedy if they installed the grease fitting at factory so this problem didn't exist
Oh yes the new mandrell fits and bolts on the deck easely.
Received the washers for my Bostick nail gun. They were delivered quite fast. My only complaint is the cost of the shipping it was more than the price of the washers that could have been put in an envelope and mailed.
I ordered a part for my Toro weed trimmer two times, provided the model number for the trimmer, and was sent the incorrect part both times. I am extremely dissatisfied.
It took a while for the part to come back in stock for my 20+ year old Cuisinart but I am happy to say they had it and it came in tact, it fits and all is well!
I've used eReplacement 8-10 times for various parts over the years and never had a complaint. Always the correct item, and usually ahead of schedule. I can't speak of their return policy because I've never had to return an item. Their prices are very competitive. Nothing but good things to say about them.

. My purchase needed discussion so I called and got a HUMAN! I explained my need and parts were decided upon, ordered and arrived quickly. I fixed my best employee ( Royal Commercial Vacuum) and were back to keeping America clean!
