The parts were as ordered, however, they were ordered in July and arrived in October. My suggestion is, when shipping to Mexico provide Fedex or DHL as an alternative to USPS. When mail arrives in Mexico it enters a black hole from which only the very fortunate escape.

I needed to order parts for my wife's vacuum cleaner. Bags, belts, light bulb, etc since local stores pretty much stopped carrying these in stock. I should have researched internet better. My stupidity. Your pricing was "way higher" than others I found after I already placed order and the delivery was absolutely terrible. 9 days to ship via Fed-X from UT to Ohio. Feel kind of ripped off. Got parts eventually but will be smarter next time to look around better.

The part is a perfect fit and if the same quality as the original, I know this for a fact since I don't the original a couple days after the replacement arrived! Just as I expected would happen!
Better prices than other online sites with comproble shipping charges. Which allowed me to order a backup part just in case the same part where to break again.

I have used ereplacementparts.com for years as there is much equipment on the ranch that requires repair and good small engine repairmen are hard to find. Doing it at home saves time and money and ereplacement carries so many parts and it is easy to find what I need, ordering is easy, no problems with shipping and it gets here quick. I've never had a part not be exactly what I needed. It always works and I have never had to return anything. I highly recommend them.
Part was exactly as discussed and fit perfectly. Got my equipment up and running as good as new. I would not hesitate to buy parts from you again.
The part is high quality and a great fit. However, the shipping packaging was a plastic bag for a metal tube that could have been easy damaged. The bag was ripped and 1/4 of the generator was hanging out.
I buy on a regular basis from you guys and I can usually find the parts that can't be found else where and they always arrive in a timely manner and are the just exactly what I have ordered. Keep up the good work.

Although I had a lengthy wait due to backorder status, the replacement lower shelf for my Weber grill came VERY WELL and safely packed in a large shipping carton that had the part situated between two thick corrugated cardboard panels. Right away I knew that it could not have been damaged or bent in shipping. As I waited for the backorder to be filled eReplacementParts kept in email contact with me about the status of the order. I am very pleased with them in every respect.

Ordered a regulator rebuild kit and two quick connects for an older Porter Cable Job Boss (circa 2005, 5 gallon/150 psi). Parts were reasonably priced and their fit was perfect. My only concern was the shipping. I asked for 2-day shipping. The shipping itself was indeed 2-day USPS. However, it took five working for the parts to be delivered to USPS for shipping. Overall, I feel that I paid for expedited shipping but received a standard shipping time frame. I contacted eReplacementParts about a week ago but have not yet heard back. I do understand that COVID is slowing everything down, however I still feel that I paid for a service that I did not actually receive and would like the difference refunded. Not the end of the world, but mildly irritating.
Needed old parts for stove hood easy to find and order, great price and shipping was fast, thanks! I was so glad not to have to hassle with the manufacturer!
