The product I ordered was correct and fine, but I wanted it as soon as possible and paid for fast(3-4 days shipping and it arrived 9days later.
You have the audacity to ask me for a review when the product has not even arrived yet. I have sent you two emails. No response. I'm done. Don't have time for lousy service.

The parts I ordered were perfect. The online videos on how to do it myself were excellent. The only part that was not excellent, was the lag time. I understand in the age of covid, everything is delayed for safety. I fully understand and support this. On the email confirmation, it stated a ship date 11 days in the future. I understand the delay, but notification of the ship date on the site before ordering would have been nice (before actually placing the order). Expedited service was offered, but I declined.

The generators I bought work great on my 220J Coleman lantern the only draw back is you guys don't carry/have the full generator assembly ie the valve, the cleaner and the part that goes in the tank itself it would be great if you guys would bring all that back into stock cause I would buy two each for my 2 220J lanterns
I discovered the air filter element in my leaf blower was shot, I mean needed to have been replaced ages ago. I need my blower to clean up a bunch of leaves so I needed it as quick as possible. The part took no time at all to appear in my mailbox and was a perfect match! Ordering was easy, and the service was great! I was notified when it shipped and I actually got it sooner than estimated. Great company and I will continue to order parts here when needed!
Parts were a good quality the igniter was a generic one so it didn't fit exactly but I made it fit in the end it all worked well.

I was looking for parts for Ridgid spindle sander. They had them and at a good price. Delivery was very fast - no delays
I thought the website was as scam after ordering because the check out page said the item would be shipped in a month and then I got no confirmation email. Turns out it was real because I got the item a couple months after ordering. However the part I received was the wrong part. I ordered the knob for the timer on my toaster and what I received was the knob for the temperature. They attach my different mechanisms so no amount of manipulating on my part could make the knob work. I'm very disappointed.
I required a 4-post solenoid starter however their website matched a 3-post item to the equipment Model # that I provided. On receipt it was a no-go situation and I had to return the part for a refund. Unneeded aggravation and lost time for me. Unfortunately for all is the lack of real-time communication with sales reps due to Covid. Hope the refund goes smoothly.
I was having a lot of trouble starting my snapper rider with the push button starter. Sometimes it worked and somtimes it took 10 minutes of pushing the button to finally get an electrical connection. I ordered a new one from Ereplacement Parts. It arrived in a few days. I was able to install it in about 30 seconds and it works perfectly and solved my problem.
The selection and prices are competitive, The problem was I was notified my order had been delivered when it had not. I tried calling customer service but it was shut down. I tried emailing but did not get a response. My part finally did arrive.

First off the switch is slightly bigger and it does not fit in the designated area and also, there is no diagram for one to reconnect the wires to.
After being told by two small engine supply places that the drive belt for my vintage 3 hp craftsman tiller was obsolete and that I would have to try to find a similar belt that "might" work, I decided to research online. I searched my model number on eReplacement parts and found the exact belt for my model. Although it said it was a drive belt for a snowblower, my tiller was listed below by model number in the "also fits" section. Exact fit! Timely service.

Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
