I first. Ordered my part oct 17 when I did receive it it was damaged so I had to reorder repackage it take it to a fedax and as of oct 17 I still have not received it yet
I have a Honda FG100 tiller. Love it. Has been a faithful gardening helper. I love being able to purchase fuel system replacement parts and other necessary parts. I ordered two items and only one was received with no indication the other item is on back order. Basically it looks like the second item was not packed. Reached out to eReplacementParts via phone and get a message in summary that due to covid we are not available to answer the phone. I tried to email twice and still no response.
Be careful ordering multiple items. Seems quality control in the packing process is lacking.

The parts I got for my Honda lawn mower were great, but I wish the shipping didn't cost so much. Many other sites have free shipping. Only reason I bought here is because these were genuine parts.
The zipper on the new replacement bag for my iWorx leaf vacuum tore away on the first day I used it this week (October, 2020). The original bag that came with my leaf vacuum 6 years ago lasted 5 years before the zipper tore out. On close inspection, the problem appears to be very weak thread attaching the zipper to the bag, causing it to tear away easily. The new joint design that attaches the bag to the vacuum is an improvement over the old design, making it easier to attach and remove the bag for emptying.
I had a delta bandsaw missing some parts, and apparently the manufacturer stopped making them. All other places I could find did not have a suitable replacement part, but eReplacementparts did. I had to modify it slightly(threaded rod was too long, but it's working great

Confused about connecting rods
I recently purchased a JD riding mower with a blown Kohler engine. After tearing down the engine the only parts needed were the connecting rods. Ereplacement shows 2 different part numbers for the connecting rods Part # 25 067 04s and Part # 25 067 05s. The 04s connecting rod had 12 in stock and was shipped and received. The 05s was not in stock and had to be ordered Ships In 13 - 19 Business Days from the manufacturer. I assumed the connecting rods were different one being for cylinder #1 and the other for cylinder #2. When the 04s rod arrived there was no marking as to which cylinder it went. This led me to look at the difference between the old mangled connecting rod. See attached picture. These two mangled connecting rods have the same casting numbers 25 059 05 Rev C. This led me to take a closer look at the 2 ereplacement connecting rods pictured on the ereplacement parts diagram. Although the pictures of the rods are taken from different angles they have the same casting # 24 059 02 REV A.
The second connecting rod has not arrived and has been on back order a month (Sept 15,2020). When the 05s rod arrives I am curious to see if these two connecting rods are the same since the mangled rods are the same. Casting numbers also indicate the part number of the cast iron part. If so why does ereplacement have 2 different part numbers for the same rod and why has my connecting rod not been delivered since ereplacement parts diagram states Ships In 13 - 19 Business Days.

The website is not very easy to navigate. However, I found a drip tray which arrived in a reasonable amount of time (7- 10 days).

Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
