Hello all,
My simple order, a new glass globe for a coleman lantern, was shipped in a bubble envelope. So I received an envelope with dozens of pieces of broken glass. Can anyone say BOX?
As yet, this company has not responded to my complaints.

It would be nice if the part in the picture that I ordered was shipped to me. But you shipped the new revised part and I would have to spend more money for a head and gasket. Next time show me what I am paying for not for a part that will not fit what I have.

Have ordered many different parts from this establishment and have never experienced any issues or problems with the parts ordered and received.

Part was correct, fit perfectly. Price was lower than I could find on other websites. Arrived in 2 days with no additional cost for shipping.

But your shipping prices on small items is absurd no more orders from me i make the drive into town but thank you for your service

It took no time to find the part I needed on their site, The part I ordered worked just fine, problem solved, I will use them again!

With the nearing election, the virus pandemic and every thing else, I received my replacement part, the top of the food processor, in about 10 days. I found that to be pretty good! The part fit, as I expected, and now I am using it almost every day in my kitchen.

Freight made it a little pricey but I needed it. Came in a resalable amount of time. My saw is back in business.

Took a while to receive but got a factory part that fit and worked perfect for my John Deere tractor

Got just what I needed to repair the tools that were broken. I will order again if I need replacement parts.

The parts arrived quickly and with no problems. After removing the old parts and installing the new ones, the ceiling fan finally worked correctly again.

I could have walked it here from salt lake by now,
I have bought from you in past have not had any problems, very slow delivery made me change something stuff around,

I received the wrong part and tried to reach out to them and when you call states that they are so busy they cannot answer the phone. Emailed them and over a week later have not heard back. Plan to file complaint with BBB.

After finding your Website, which I got from a tool rep. Because it did not pop up in google for me, the site was so easy to use. I put in the tool model number and the parts list pulled right up. It was easy to see what parts I needed and then realize I needed a few more to make it all work. Prices are great and shipping was fast.
Will be using this site again!

My complaint is that shipping time is to long. Six to eight weeks is unreasonable.
Improve that and it would be 5 stars.

Only place that I could find the part I needed for my Craftsman weed walker. Received the correct part sooner than I expected.

Wrong parts were sent, even paid higher shipping rates to get here sooner, ordered in August received wrong parts in end of October
Just want my money back
