Found the site easy to manage, checkout took a little effort, but manageable. The part showed up in a timely manner. So far it seems to be of the same quality of the original part. Time will tell. I give it a A-minus. Pretty good.
I ordered a replacement sprocket for a chainsaw. They shipped it quickly. It works. A nice frictionless transaction, the way ecommerce is supposed to work. Well done!

When ordering parts, public is still offered ability to use overnight shipping, without knowing that shipping overnight is impossible. Only after placing order, the user is notified. Thus I had to cancel my order and re-order again without overnight shipping.
The item was a part I needed for an existing 42-inch range hood. Price was reasonable and I received it in record time.
On a previous purchase, I bought the wrong part due to my repair man giving me the incorrect part number. I order the correct part and it arrived and was highly appreciated. The problem now has been trying to return the first part (hassle-free returns) that I ordered and paid for now going on two weeks. Calling and being directed to the website, website directing me to call. It is a complete scam!
It was easy to find the repair part for my tool. Ordered it and received it within a few days. Would highly recommend this company.
I have ordered parts several times and always had good results except this time. Parts took literally months to get here I assume because of COVID. My main concern and my 2 star rating is mostly because eReplacement took my money right away and didn't contact me for months about the delay. I specifically ordered the part from them because they stated IN STOCK when I ordered it
It was the right part. The only thing is it took forever to get here. I ordered 10/28/20 and it took two days to come from Utah to west Virginia and wasn't delivered to scottsville Kentucky until 11/09/20. I wish you would give the option to ship UPS interested of us postial. The us postial service does not deliver to residents address here, where as UPS delivers to our door. I would have received my part a week sooner if it were shipped through UPS. I don't blame you because the mail service here is less than efficient.
My forced air propane heater suddenly quit. I checked all the other components and all the I/O continuity on the board. Needed the igniter control board. It was quick to find on the website. The part arrived in about a week and took about 30 minutes to install and assemble the heater. Work's great again! It was the exact correct part.
Ordered the part and eReplacement Parts sent a part. The order was for a bolt, what was sent and received was a shock absorber. Nothing on the part sent had any relation to the part requested. Different names, different numbers, different everything. Contacted Customer Service and got a recording directing me to contact them online. There you are directed to ask for an RMA and that was it. They have the returned part for a several days now and they have yet to contact me as to what happened, what they intend to do to remedy the situation, or credit my account. All I received was this request to write a review.
My previous contact was positive in all respects, so it is my hope this is an anomaly.
I ordered this 3 months ago from another company and they kept giving me excuses why I had not gotten it' placed the order with this company and had it in 6 days thank you for the great service.
The part arrived in good condition well packed. Took a long time to receive. Email customer service was prompt when I inquired about it. It was worth waiting for. Had better coating than original.
Bad customer service and wait for my order 2months nearly... Very late replay for messages. I made a re-fund case from pay-pal than i ll received my order finaly. I wouldnt recomend this company to any one in the uk!

I needed a carry over tube for my char broil grill replacement parts customer service helped me find the right part my grill is older I just gave them to model # double checked the part # and it was on the way to be delivered fairly quick shipping usual 5 to 7 business days... installed the part grill worked great. I will buy from then again...
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
