Have ordered several times from you with exceptionally great service and response. Currently waiting on an order that may be out of your control. We were given your site for parts from Sears. We placed two orders - one after the other since we didn't know Sears was taking us to your site. We are still waiting for a shipping notice, let alone the order for 3 weeks now. The other order came through as expected. Have heard nothing at all! Would appreciate correspondence if possible,
Googled for Echo websites for parts, looked up my blower, it was all broke down into sections, and numbered, which made it easy for me to be sure I got the right parts, three to five business days for delivery, got them in five, tune up kit and fuel tank hose n vent hose, I installed and started up I believe with more power, then it ever had, I will definitely come back to this site for parts and advice, thanks.
My oil heater had a recall due to a faulty switch. Rather than return the whole thing and have the company send me a new one, which seemed wasteful, I chose to replace the switch myself. I ordered a Choke lever for my old Craftsman's leaf blower. Placed the order over the phone. The salesperson was knowledgeable and pleasant. I received the part a few days later and it went right on.

If you are not in rush at all. Mean really not in rush. Then order if. If you want your parts faster then 2 weeks. Look somewhere else.
The replacement lid I ordered for my older crock pot fit the crock perfectly. You showing lid size made it possible for me pick a lid that was not actually listed a crock pot brand but fit mine based on size listed. Only issue I had was it took weeks to get the lid but didn't need right away. But make sure you have time to wait. But for price of $9.00 I could wait. Thank you!
Not knowing for sure what parts I needed, I got the help necessary to identify the correct parts and confirm that they would solve the problem I was dealing with. It is great to be confident about solving a problem without having to guess what to do!
Found the problem on troy bilt and was module brought one from replacement came on time put it on and it works good
I ordered a gasket set for my Craftsman 7HP air compressor but when the package arrived, the only metal gasket was bent. I advised eReplacementParts by email and got an automated reply that stated if the problem still existed, reply to that email and I would be contacted. But the reply just got another automated response that repeated their message. Fortunately I don't need that particular gasket this time around so I didn't pursue the matter. But this is still a disappointing lack of response from what had been reat previous experiences.
It took some time to get this. THIS WAS NOT eREPLACEMENTS FAULT. I really wanted this part and was willing to wait until they were able to procure this item. A lot of companies kick your order out and you have to try re-ordering the part again and again until they have it.
It installed easily and works great. Thank you for getting me this gauge!
