SLOW AND WRONG

Ordered a dado throat for a R4520 Ridgid table saw and received a regular stock throat for 75$ with tax and shipping. Yes I received product but took a month to get it the wrong part. I have used ereplacment before and had no issue but this time stunk.

I ordered parts needed to upgrade an older lawnmower. I was notified that some parts were back ordered (not unusual in the Covid 19 era). I was kept informed, given a chance to cancel the order, they offered to ship a partial order. They did a great job of keeping me informed. The parts arrived well packaged and complete. I will order from them again.

They have a great selection. I just wish they would automatically send what items they have in stick instead of waiting for the whole order to be ready and ship the back order stuff when it comes in.

Address sticker quality for delivery

I finally received my package after a research of more than a week. The address sticker ( probably printed with a laser printer) was not protected enough and was partially erased in handling. Really glad to finally received it before they send it to sender (luckily their address was also partially erased) I won't share a photo of my address if you don't mind but try to put theirs.

I was skeptical that I would find replacement tires for an older Power Wheels we had bought. However, after much searching I found the back tires on eReplacementParts. It did take awhile to actually get parts, but they did arrive. We just ordered more tires for a different Power Wheels and those tires arrived much quicker. However, that Power Wheels is not very old. Great company.

This company did not give up on me until we got the right fit. Because the model number was rubbed off due to wear and tear, i had to guess at what would fit the base of my Oster blender. It was not the first two i ordered. Thankfully a bit of research online helped me identify the model series and then, Replacements credited my earlier purchases returned to them, while providing the correct one finally. So glad to be able to spend $12 instead of 100+ in these COVID times.

I placed and order and received one item broken, I sent it back and have emailed and tried to call to talk with someone about our refund. I can not get any reply on email and you can not speak with anyone on the phone. This is so frustrating. I uses a PO to place this order.

I ordered two seals for my wife's Mirro 20 Qt. Pressure canner. Turnsed out that Mirro has made two versions of the 20 Qt. Canner; the seals fit the newer version and we have the older one. There was no hassel at all, the refund was made within 24 hours of my filing. Companies like this are few and far between. I would do business again in a heart beat.
