Ordered a water tank part for an espresso maker and received it cracked. Contacted them about the issue and they did a return and new purchase with out hesitation. They were nice on the phone but almost an entire month for the replacement to arrive only to come even more damaged then the initial ordered unit. Really disappointed. Didn't even contact them again. Don't feel it's worth it for the $16.47
Easy to find parts I was looking for. Shipped to me within 2 days. Exactly what I needed and now my pressure canners are back to safe working order.

Needed a part for an old Waring food processor. They had it and lots more. Part was new and came quickly. Very happy with this company.
I looked all over the place for this part (including the MFG. And the only site with what I needed was here.
The part took 3-4 months to get here, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars. In their defense, it seemed to be a manufacturing issue, perhaps due to the fact that the part (a replacement belt) is for a 15 year old treadmill. In addition, I was updated with a monthly email - so I knew my order hadn't gotten lost, so I give them 5 stars for customer relations.
As for the part, it fit just right (some online videos I saw warned about close-but-not-quite-right-sized replacement belts). The enclosed 2 page instruction sheet was OK - I'd recommend watching some online videos when attempting this, not that it was necessary, but certainly helped a bit. It was about a 2-3 hour job - I wasn't in a hurry & I took my time.
We're looking forward to another 15 years of service from this treadmill.

I can't fault ereplacementparts for lack of stock, and manufacturing shutdowns during the pandemic. Their communication about delays was clear and consistent, but the order took months to fill. However, they should not have shipped me broken parts. The parts were gaskets for a commercial waffle iron, and are very inexpensive, so hardly worth returning; but still...
I ordered four gaskets and two of them arrived in pieces, the other two are fine. I just need one now, but the appliance uses four, and since one has deteriorated, I expect the other three to require replacement soon...
I have had good success with ereplacementparts in the past. However, sometimes their prices are a little steep. Sometimes the prices are the best! Sometimes they are the only source for hard-to find parts!

I've used ereplacementparts a few times now. It's now my go to source for DIY fix it projects. Diagrams with hyperlinks to parts make it easy to find the right part. And I can confirm that if one orders the wrong part by mistake (oops), returns are easy and painless - postage free and no restocking charges. (The mistake was mine. EReplacementParts lists compatible models along with their parts to help avoid mistakes).
Ordered replacement sanding pad for my orbital sander and received an EMPTY box! Calls and emails are not returned. You can't get in touch with anyone just constant recording that "due to Covid response times are delayed". It's been 2 WEEKS. VERY expensive too. Ordered same part on Amazon and got 2 of them for less than the price of one on this site. Buyer beware!
I have been a customer of this company for a couple of years. They are great when the order is processed correctly. The order comes quickly. If instead, they don't process the order correctly and you either don't receive a product or they wrong one is sent, watch out.
When you contact them about the issue, they send a boilerplate response. 'Due to COVID issues our response time to emails and phone calls is slow'. Truer words were never spoken. It's been a month since the order was placed and I am not any closer to getting the part now then I was then. I'm not a big fan of companies hiding behind the COVID excuse to provide sparse customer support. I will look elsewhere for the products they provide.
After frustrating hours with the major on-line distributors and box stores, easily found the correct part that I was looking for a ereplacement parts provided me with timely, easy order fulfillment. I even spoke with a real human being as part of the process! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
I had searched for a replacement cable for my snowblower and found this site that had the best price. I was leery ordering from a new company but decided to take a chance.
I was shocked the next day when I received an email that my part had been shipped out and a tracking number to follow. That is great customer service.

Ordered parts but one item was not included (showed it was in inventory). Tried to reach out to company but no live person available due to Covid. Sent email and asked if it was backordered and told them I wanted the part. They refunded the cost but I wanted the part. I indicated this in more than one email. Sure would have been nice to talk to someone.
I went on site to order a ceramic pot for my crock pot. I put in my payment information. When I read the description of what I was purchasing - it did not match what I needed. The description referred to the electrical part of the crock pot. Since this is not what I needed - I did NOT submit. I was then charged on my credit card for a lid - which I also did NOT need. E mails and calls to company in January said they were not accepting calls and e mails during Covid. This is odd as all workers in computers and phones in businesses are working. Oddly- after that message - they ended up sending me a return label to take to Fed Ex to return the lid they sent. What an unnecessary ordeal!
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
