I needed a belt for my generic electric planner, ereplacement parts.com had a part listed on their web site, but I required addition information on that part, their telephone agent was very helpful in obtaining the information I required and the agent was also very pleasant over the telephone, so much so- I could enjoyed a long telephone conversation about life in general.
The information available was complete and correct. That enabled me to identify the parts I needed. The order was correct and shipped very promptly. Every part ordered was shipped and correct. I repaired my mower in less than a week. I have used this site several times in the past with great experiences. I will use them in the future

Place a order for some replacement arts for a power washer. Got billed for two of everything I ordered then had to pay $10 to ship there mistake back. I would have been better off getting it locally.

The replacement part prices were very reasonable. I received full order in a timely manner when backorder item was back in stock. They provided good communication about the backorder and eventual shipping of items.

This site has almost any part for home appliances that you may need. Their service is very Quick and efficient. I would use them again and again.
Finding the parts was easy. But it took a month to ship. Expectations at a minimum would have been a week. Expectations at maximum 2 weeks even if the parts are not in stock, however they stock and procure parts is not speedy for the consumer. Will look for other places in the future before using them again. Parts replaced: clutch spring and guard shroud.
