I've been ordering from ereplacementparts.com for several years. Usually things go ok. When something is wrong, they fight tooth and nail and returns are nearly impossible. This time there is an auto-generated response "We're sorry, due to covid, blah, blah, blah... go to our website". Went to website. The website is set up so it will not recognize your order number and says to email for help, which tells you to go to the wesite. Cute. Then you have to challenge the charge with you credit card company, as I have had to do. Good luck if you use this company.

I would love to leave a review but as of today 7-21-21 I still am waiting for my part. I have notified USPS and they are telling me it's probably in a container and hasn't been empty yet. Only thing I would suggest is a better way to ship because USPS is not reliable!

Since I live way down in Mexico, I ordered replacement parts far in advance of my family visit to have delivered to California. Website listed shipping date and approximate arrival date. Because they did NOT ship within the time promised, the parts arrived a couple of days after I had flown back home. Now I have to pay to have them sent by family to a friend who will be traveling down here in the months ahead. Not at all happy. When the parts finally arrive, I hope they work right for my food processor.

Ordered a part for my Rigid mitre saw and was sent some plastic pieces for a Frigidaire refrigerator. Contacted them about it being the wrong part and got a refund.
This is the third time I've had issues with being sent the completely wrong item.

I ordered a gasket for the lawnmower. The process was easy and I received the part on time but the gasket quality was very poor. After I replaced it I had to reopen the engine to adjust the camshaft and found out multiple rips in the gasket. It didn't even last for one day. Now I have to get another gasket since this one is useless.

This is the first time I have had a problem with this website. I received the package and it was not the product that I had ordered. This product didn't even match what was shown on the website. Not to mention that I had only ordered 4 parts and they send me 7 packs of the wrong product.

I needed a retaining ring for my impact driver and couldn't find it anywhere online. They had one for only 3 dollars. The shipping made the total 10 dollars but it's whatever since a new impact is like 150 dollars.

Had to order a new gas cap for my Bolen's weedeater as every time I tipped to the side gas would run out because that little one way rubber flapper valve was breaking down causing a leak. Product arrived a lot faster than anticipated! +++... It was an exact match as well as a fit. Couldn't beat the price, overall experience A+.
