I have a geriatric DeWalt drill/driver/hammer drill whose motor burned (a real thrill to see smoke coming out of a battery- operated tool). I was VERY surprised to find any replacement motor: ereplacementparts had it. It fit perfectly; after some effort to reassemble the tool (quite the challenge getting all the recesses aligned with all the tabs) it works perfectly. Thanks!

Best website to find information about parts you are looking for. If they don't have it. At least they do have the part number so you can look it up at other sites

I was bummed when a part of my rear axle broke on my lawnmower. I found ereplacementparts.com from their youtube channel that had step by step instructions on how to replace the part I needed. So I watched it, went to their website and ordered the rear axle. It came relatively quick and I'm back up and running.

Ordered parts on 7/3. Ordered head caps for a weed eater. Parts came with someone elses part and order number printed on paper for a Makita sander. Sent 3 emails about problem. No response. Called got snotty cs agent. Asked for label to ship back as i was not paying for shipping to return the wrong part. Got none. She sent a return auth for the parts i was to receive but did not get. Told she would refund money but I had to pay again to get parts sent. So i did. She gave me a new order number. It never showed up on history in their website nor showed as being processed to send new parts. Called again cs agent this time was a man who was nice. Refund had never been requested which he said he would do. He said he would send label to return parts which after a while showed up. Will remain to be seen if correct parts show up in a week. Or if I receive my refund from them which I can call the bank and dispute and get my money back. But it is sad that cs from this company (the woman) was sad. The man was older sounding and nice. But all could have been done if they either answered their emails or did it right on first phone call. Hoping the parts are right this next time.

My good old weedeater needs parts every so often and this place makes it easy to order. I've used them four times over the years, always great service.

I love doing business with e replacements, sometimes the original equipment can't be had because of the manufacturers. I have enjoyed getting my parts fast and easy. Thanks for your work

After I ordered my parts which was very easy. I waited for them to arrive about a week later I received about email stating I was getting a refund and my parts had been returned. I never received the parts nor did I return them. It was something automatic that happened for whatever reason. I called customer service for help. They didn't know why the return happened but did help me order new parts.

Great replacement parts at very reasonable prices. Shipping was fast along with the correct parts for my Ryobi lawn mower.

Received incorrect parts and sent Email to customer service, but they responded with -
We are experiencing very long response times

Best place to find parts for just about any Dewalt tool. So glad they had the part (spooI feeder) that I needed for my cordless string trimmer. And, they ship fast! Thank you eReplacementParts!

If there is a part to fix your tool, this is the place. Even brand new tool purchases are going to need replacement parts. Ive realized that simple belts, triggers, and bushings are sometimes only available for a few years and then become hard to replace. Now when I buy a new tool I buy some of the replacement parts and hold onto them. You know the saying, "they don't make things like they used to", well its true. Fix those old tools and keep them running. I kept this old Makita 18v impact going for like $4 with a set of bushings. Works great!

Since you send it, it is strolling around usps facilities. I made three claims to your customer sevice with no answer whatsoever.
I have a similar and bad experience with usps.
An order that happened the same and never was delivered to me.

Ordered parts took 2weeks for status update just to find out 1 part was backordered and wasn't gonna ship rest of order til it had been received but could not give me an E T A needless to say yall suck!
