They are scamming $#*!s who will send you the wrong product, expect you to PAY to return it, and then ignore the rest of your emails. Terrible people

We ordered our parts and then we were told they were back ordered. A month later we were told the shipped but they only got as far as KS and have been there for over a week. I contacted the FED X company and they said they were in the delivery window the vendor requested and had no further information. I use FED X 5 days a week and this seems very odd. EReplacementParts got their money and we still do not have what we ordered. AND this site will not let me download my proof of purchase - tried several ways and files.

Needed a part for an obsolete Craftsman Mortising machine and although no replacement for my model was shown as available, I was able to use the great diagrams available on this site to find a Delta Mortising machine similar my machine using the same part. Purchased the Delta part, snapped it into place and I was back in business. The only difference is that the new part is probably better than the original.

Two parts from my electric lawnmower went missing while mowing the lawn one day (a spring-loaded handle and locating pin somehow worked loose and disappeared). After searching ineffectually through the yard, I turned to the interweb to see if these could be located for purchase. The manufacturer's website was no help whatsoever, and then I found eReplacementParts.com, which actually had an exploded diagram of my lawnmower, and my missing parts in stock. Woo hoo! I placed the order, and then, as luck would have it, the next morning I found my missing parts after all. I called to see if I could cancel the order, but they were so damned efficient that they had already shipped the parts. Oh well, now I have spares. Good job.

They provided a VERY detailed exploded view of the sander (including tiny washers, looked EXACTLY like the sander as I took it apart) along with hyperlinks to each part. I had no idea what the names were for the parts I needed. But I did know what the parts looked like and where they were located on the machine. Brilliant idea having the detailed exploded diagram with hyperlinks! Very easy to locate parts needed and shipping was super fast. This will be my go-to site for future purchases of this type. I have purchased from this company a couple of times. The first time i bought some parts for my tile saw. When i received the order, the package had my name, BUT the contents and the invoice were directed to someone else. When i realized this, i immediately called and we're very helpful in getting me the correct parts. They worked quickly to get all my needs squared away. Due to this, i decided to order a part for my lawnmower a few weeks ago. They shipped my part quickly and everything was packaged well. I could not believe how slow the delivery is. I placed an order on the 2nd of July and the shipping was only made on the 21st of July! Estimated time for delivery is about two months for the product to arrive in international delivery. It's unbelievable!

My Oster blender from 25+ years ago is still working well. Unfortunately the plastic container cracked. I had replaced the container maybe 13 years ago (when a piece of that container broke off), but the place I bought it from was no longer selling parts for my blender. I found that ereplacementparts.com was!

I ordered a part for my Penn fishing reel that was missing out of the brand new box, I ordered the part that cost $2.47 and shipping was over $5.00 (I understand the shipping charges) I received the part and the threads are defective. I am now asked to pay to return the defective part, so yes, I pay for a defective part to be shipped twice. Defective parts should be returned with no shipping charges and the previous shipping should be credited.

They sent me the completely wrong product and then expected me to sent it back WITH MY OWN MONEY AND TIME. Now they're ignoring all of my emails. This is a very scummy company, don't give them any business.
