Had no idea I could find this part and not only did they have it but they got it to me quick and at a great price.

Part was a perfect replacement. Delivery was prompt. Price was more than I wanted to pay, but in line with competition.

I ordered a replacement fuel tank, filter, and fuel line assembly for a leaf blower that hasn't run in at least 5 years. The parts were an exact fit, and in less than 10 minutes I had everything on and the blower was up and running. This was a fantastic experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to be a return customer as it doesn't get any easier than this. I used eReplacementparts.com a few years back for a similar project on a pressure washer and had a similar experience. Also, I feel that the price I paid for the parts was very reasonable.

I had to deal with 5 different customer representatives to achieve my business. From giving me the wrong part to order, to shipment that took double the time to received, then reordering with the right parts and getting an RMA # to return the wrong parts then getting the shipping label(given a wrong instruction). Finally the 5th representative helped me but it took him at least 45 minutes to get everything corrected( including putting me on hold several times)

Parts for my Charbroil grill were excellent. They were an exact match ( parts fit perfectly, predrilled holes were in correct location, etc).

I ordered this parts from another site and they weren't compatible. EReplacement has an actual diagram of the armature I needed which in my case is a 716 dewalt shop saw its a reasonable price and parts fit perfectly. I have several shop saws but was able to get this one running like new at a very affordable price.

I ordered two items and was told they would be delivered in about three weeks. After three weeks, I was told one of the items was back-ordered and they could have shipped the other. After telling them to cancel the back-ordered item and ship the one available, I received the available item and it was not the correct item. I actually found both items at another source which were both less expensive and readily available. I did receive a refund for the canceled item. I did not return or ask for credit for the incorrect item.

I use this site to locate parts found on many items sold by sears. Great place for small engine parts or part numbers to search elsewhere if they are discontinued here.

Went to their website and easily searched for the make and model of my lawn tractor. Looked at the parts list for it and ordered the part that I needed. Check out with my credit card was simple and the parts arrived a few days later as was indicated.
This is not my first purchase from them, and the results have never varied.
I am a satisfied customer and will be back when parts are needed again.

Perfect fit for my old Dewalt drill whose cord was pretty frayed and unsafe. About an hour's work and some soldring and my drill is like new. $23 cord instead of $100 for a new drill. Awesome!

I returned product, untouched and unused, the day after I received it and my refund was a third of what I was charged. I will never refer this company to anyone.
