I have tried to attach a picture and receipt for purchase but cant convert from e-mail receipt to something your system likes.

My order was easy to submit but delivery is a problem. It should have arrived on 08/20. I still haven't received it Today is 08/25

Site was easy to use to find and order repair parts; I was looking for an end cap for a blender jar and, while there are many styles of end caps, mine were easily found. Parts were reasonably priced, they had good shipping options, and straightforward checkout.

It's hard to give a good review when we haven't received the correct part. You did send a part, but it was not the right one. We had to return it at our cost, even though you sent the wrong part! We are now waiting to hear from you when the correct part will ship. This part is on back order. Hoping that the next part is the right one and it isn't too long a wait.
I will say that your emails are very adequate and informative. Enjoyed the last tutorial on the steak!

Needed a part for an oscillating saw that I broke. It was an easy find with the model number! E replacement parts has a huge inventory with pictures that helped making the purchase with confidence. Had the part in less than a week!

When we needed a handle for our electric griddle, I was beginning to think I would not find one. I had searched several sites but in the end each site said they were out of stock and not sure when it would be replenished. Then I found "Ereplacementparts.com". Found what needed and at a good price. Part arrived in just a few days. Fits perfectly and looks just like the original factory part.

EReplacement parts sent the correct part, well packaged, and it works fine. I was not pleased with their shipping arrangement. The tracking code (Fed Ex) first showed it would arrive by end of day on Tuesday. A couple days later, the tracking said there was no delivery timing available. It arrived on Friday, three days after the original tracking statement. Looking at the places it went, really strange. And it had a USPS label on it.

The parts I needed for my grill I found on eReplacementParts.com. I received the auto generated email right away for confirmation of my order. A day later, I received another email stating my order was back ordered from the manufacturer. This was expected during Covid. I received two more unexpected emails within a couple weeks with status updates. These were great because they ensured me the parts were still coming. I finally got an email stating the part was in and will be shipped out. I received the parts the next day, even though I didn't choose one-day shipping. Excellent follow up and follow through by the company. I will recommend them and will save their website for future reference.

Ordered replacement parts for an older (10 year old) Husqvarna walk behind mower. Parts diagram got me to the corrects parts. When received the parts were of high quality with no substitutions. They worked great! Will order parts from eReplacementparts.com again in the future as needed.

I needed some repair parts for my portable grill. I did a google search and EReplacementparts.com was the only site that listed the needed parts. It did take about a month to get them, but when they weren't available anywhere else, I was happy to have this option.
