I dropped the bowl for a Braun food processor that was 20 years old and thought I was screwed. "Do they still make it, and do they have the replacement bowl?" I thought. No, but Yes! Was ereplacementparts.com's answer. I could have lived with a cracked flange, but there was a cracked deep inside the bowl. Everything else worked and all I had to do was replace the bowl. I was skeptical until the bowl came, it was the exact same item, now 20 years newer. I can't tell you what a lifesaver you guys are!

Ordered two parts that showed in stock back in March - and was waiting on the order to be delivered, ereplacements.com didn't even bother to tell me that they don't have one part and that they didn't even shipped the other part - so I called and of course they assured they will ship that. Was a minor purchase at 12$ so I kinda forgot but still waiting on the part - 6 months and those Scammers didn't even ship that - only provided a false and I shipped tracking number.

Normally a good place to buy parts but evidently no one is in the warehouse to pull 4 small plastic parts.
I got billed immediately upon placing the order, not much incentive to get the parts out the door to the customer.

I found in this site all the parts need it to fix my DeLonghi coffee maker. Very happy so see I can buy everything here at a decent cost. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the picture on the site for the carafe replacement didn't help me to understand if the lid was there or not (an extra picture in the site would have help me to see it). The carafe come complete with the lid (which make sense for the price), but I end buying an extra product that was not need it.
The replacement parts are exactly the same from my original coffee maker (as they say Genuine OEM replacement part), so this should be my place to go to find any other broken/damaged part. Shipping cost was decent, the package arrive on time and in good condition.

This company is the biggest scam going. I bought something returned within 30 days. It took me calling to get my refund after another 30 days of waiting. They weren't going to refund my money until they had a tracking number to look it up to see if they even got it back. Then when I get the refund they took out the shipping to me out and I had to pay for the items to be shipped back. So I lost 5.95 for them to ship to me and then another 4.75 to ship back to them. It is a rip off. So the items were 26.97 and I lost my shipping money back and forth. That is the lousy customer service. I will NOT ever use this company again. I have told all my family and friends to stay away from them too.

There was a hole in my box, it allowed a part to fall out in shipping. The other part fell out in my living room. There was not enough packing in the box allowing items to move around to much. After sending an email about the missing part, i got no communication from them. So i call it lesson learned i wont order from them again and write it off as stupid tax.

So my purchase went fine and I received my part as expected and it does work as it should. However the shipping package it was sent in really lacked any thought or effort. I purchased a circuit board. Of which everyone knows or can see any circuit board is pretty fragile so care should be taken to place into something to protect it from being best around and thrown while traveling thru our postal system. Yet what I receive was a circuited board in a regular USPS plastic bag with a single thin wrap of bubble wrap in a zip lock bag. When opened the board had been beaten around enough it had cut through the zip lock and the bubble wrap was off if it. When my mail carrier brought it to my front door it was dropped on the pavement and I figured it would never work just from that fall. I installed the board and it does function as it should but only after I went through the entire board and bent the diodes and capacitors and resistors all back upright as they all had been mashed flat against the board during shipping I assume. The board itslef looked worn and used. I believe it was a new board just that the non protective package it was sent in did just that. Didn't provide any protection for a 4"x 4" circuit board that cost almost $200. I expected a small box willed with something to absorb impacts would have been the proper way to send this part across the country but whoever shipped it obviously didn't have the same opinion didnt see it the same or have the common sense to understand what is fragile and what isn't. That's why I only gave 4 stars.

When you need that one little part to repair a tool or appliance, they always seem to have it or can source it. And their prices are very reasonable especially when you consider how unusual some of those little parts really are.
