I ordered 3 washer parts with an 1 item backordered. I canceled backordered part. The remaining order never shipped. We waited weeks for the parts that never shipped until I canceled the original order and reordered the 2 remaining parts. The company never assisted us in getting the parts with free shipping or expedited shipping. We are very dissatisfied with their fulfillment of our order.

I love this site! They simplified buying the replacement brushes I needed for my Dremel 4300. It's a brand new Dremel so the parts are for later just in case. I bought 2 sets of 2. I might ad here that they sell parts for not only Dremel brushes, but for outdoor equipment, indoor appliances, power tools of all sorts, the list is endless. If you need parts, consider them. At the time of my purchase, this was the only result I could find. Nobody else had these hard to find brushes. I'm not compensated for my reviews. I won't take rewards or pay. I do it because I know how lost I was to finally have enough money to buy a Dremel but I wouldn't buy it until I could secure a deal on some brushes as brushes are always the first thing to go on rotary tools. It was looking grim and my old rotary tool had to be tossed because the brushes cannot be changed on that brand.

Cheap copy not OEM part. Can see printing inside from recycled metal. No foam seal on the ends like the OEM part has.

I was able to get exact replacement parts to repair my Shindaiwa hedge trimmer. They have exploded views online of my hedge trimmer. Lady in customer service was very helpful. I couldn't find correct parts anyplace else. I've bought parts from them several times now. They are one of my go to places for parts to fix my equipment. Good online company to deal with. I was frustrated trying to fix this hedge trimmer, then came upon eRepacementParts online and ordered what I needed. Parts arrived in a few days and hedge trimmer running very good with factory replacement parts. I don't know if it can get any better.

I found this site easy to navigate and the parts pictures where clear enough for my garden tractor to find what I needed. The prices are reasonable, and the whole process was simple. I ordered a piece to my older Craftsman lawn tractor bagger system. Glad they had it. It was shipped in a big enough box and pretty lightweight but the box was crushed and opened - truly a shipping and delivery issue, though there wasn't anything in the box besides the item. I am so glad it wasn't damaged. Perhaps a bit more packing care can be given. The order was shipped in a very reasonable time

The part fit just like the original,. Was fairly easy to install and the unit is back in operation. I have used this company several time for different parts and always got the same great results

Don't order on this site. Covid is used for all their shortcomings. Very disappointed in this company that use to be reliable.
