I found what I needed, the part for my citrus juicer worked super well and they shipped it in the time they told me. Very satisfied.

It was almost startling to discover a part that the manufacturer itself declared was unavailable. Yet the part, which weighs less than half an ounce (it's a felt washer), cost almost as much to ship as it cost to buy. That's why I bought two -- one to use, one as a spare, two (in total) to make the shipping seem less painfully expensive.

For all that expense, the washers were sent in a flexible envelope, not in something rigid. When they arrived, one was torn -- visibly damaged without having to remove it from its see-through wrapping.

The company was extremely realistic about the situation. It issued a refund immediately... without requiring that I send the washer back (a task that I would have accomplished with a #10 envelope and a small piece of bubble wrap that would have cost me under a dollar, not $5.92). What they didn't do was offer to send a replacement, maybe because they figured that that one wouldn't survive any better than the first.

These folks are top notch at what they do and very into helping you get what you need in a timely manner. I will not hesitate to order from them again when I need parts. I would recommend them to all my friends. Sam Woods in Colorado.

I ordered a push nut for my Ryobi edger ($3.99 plus $6 to mail a fifty cent item to me). Since the diagram wasn't thorough, I discovered after I received it that it was not the part I needed. I called to get it straightened out and they were more than happy to charge me $2.99 plus $6 to mail another fifty cent item to me. I asked about returning the wrong part and was told I would receive a credit for $3.99 but I would have to pay to mail it back to them. It wasn't worth the effort. I understand the price of replacement parts being grossly inflated but I take issue with paying $6 to drop a push nut into an envelope and mail it to me. Then having to do it twice because their diagram was incomplete.

At eReplacementParts.com I found my part very easily, it was in stock, and it shipped immediately. Very pleased.

Put in your equipment model number and up comes the illustrated parts breakdown. Ordered needed parts for my sander and for my air compressor and had them in a few days. Took all of 30 minutes the replace parts on both items and they were both performing like new. Certainly beats replacing tools or sending them off for repair.

I had a ripped gasket on my carburetor bowl on the Honda Engine of my Troybuilt push-mower. I had already bought an entire carb from Amazon that was supposed to work for my engine. Needless to say, it did not fit, nor did the carb bowl or gasket, close, but not quite.

The website helped me find the information I needed to determine the EXACT model of my engine, which was extremely crucial because I had some weird engine that was not offered for very long. They had all of the exploded parts lists to make sure I was ordering the correct part number as well as photos for comparison.

Even though the site said my engine was discontinued, because of all of the pictures of parts taken from different angles, I was able to find that my carb was the same as an engine of a similar model. I gave it a shot... And it was Perfect!

The part arrived the day before it was slated too and just in time to beat the weather change.

Parts were as described and of good quality. No Complaints. Purchased Disc Sander replacement pads and they worked great as a replacement tot he original pad.

Ordering was easy and I was informed from order to delivery which was helpful especially when ordering for the first time from the company.

I ordered a replacement crock for my crockpot. It arrived, wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap, and shattered into at least 10 pieces. Repeated emails to the customer care email address have gone unanswered, and two direct requests for a refund have been ignored. I'm going to have to work through PayPal I guess to get my money back. Save your money, look elsewhere.
