I ordered a steering kit directly from MTD for my TB30R mower. After 5 weeks with it showing as "pending" I called and cancelled the order. Went to eReplacementParts and they showed several kits in stock. Had to pay more but it was shipped promptly. Good service and had the part.

I couldn't even find the parts I needed on (gasp) Amazon. But good old Ereplacementparts got them, shipped them and I had them in three days. Sure, I paid shipping and they weren't discounted. But they were fair... and there! Kudos "Erep", for once again saving my old tools so I don't have to buy new!

I ordered parts and part of the order had wrong parts in it. I called about it and they sent me the right parts and gave me a refund on the wrong parts and a label to mail them back. I needed the parts to fix my planer to complete my pallet wall.

Problem determination on my pressure washer took me to a malfunctioning pump. I checked the internet for my pressure washer model number, etc and I found this website eReplacementParts.com. There were others but eReplacementParts.com had the best price and free shipping. I called them and was convinced they were legit (read their reviews, etc) so I placed my order. My new pump came but without packing in the box. The box was full of holes notably where the water intake valve was. Yep you guessed it it was bent, couldn't attach a water hose. I called they were very apologetic, I returned it and ordered another. The second pump arrived, again without packing so I thought I would attach a picture of the box. Fortunately it was not damaged. I successfully power washed my entire house. This was a gift from my adult son so I shared the story with him. He was quite proud that I "fixed it myself". So am I.

I ordered 2 oil plugs on 9/17. They were in stock and got here on 10/21. Slow slow slow and very slow.
It is beyond me why something so simple took so long. Furthermore, why something that is in stock was not shipped immediately. It two them over 21 days to ship and processed the item and three days delivery.
But it got here.

Received the parts i need on time, hassle free, will use them again and again, thank you one stop shopping

Had a broken Guard-Sprocket body part on my Echo CS-341 chainsaw that has been out of production for some time. Echo manufacturer has a 3rd party parts supplier that they lead you too. MSRP is $5 but their recommended supplier wanted $15, BUT—they were out-of-stock. eReplacementParts.com had the OEM part at the manufacturer's MSRP price. My chainsaw is now repaired.
