My Bostitch SB-125bn staple gun was not working. Head Valve cracked. This is the best place to go to get parts for tools. Had replacement part in a few days and back in business. I even used the parts diagram from the site to put the tool back together.

I had a bad experience with the shipment, it lasted too long and I never received updates on where it was, at one point I gave it up for lost but thank God it finally arrived

I needed to order two rings because my chainsaw mfg (Ego) has a lousy service network. EReplacementPartsa prices were high - $3 each + $6.00 shipping (keep in mind the bulk price for rings is 0.001/part and they weight nothing i. E., could be shipped in an ordinary envelope).

The worse part is that it took them 3 months (!) to actually ship those two parts. The act they were charging me $6.00 to do.

Hopefully, those two parts are right, as eReplacementParts also doesn't include item pictures on their website:-(

I have a quite old Cuisinart food processor. The lock that holds the lid on the bowl broke so I went on an internet search for a replacement. I was having no luck until Google pointed me to ereplacementparts.com. They maintain a great stock of older parts and were able to provide me with a brand new lid with an upgraded lock mechanism that looks like it will be even more durable than the original part. Email communication was good, tracking was easy, and delivery was quick even during the holidays and with Covid slowing everything down!

The replacement was for my 4/5 Cup Mr. Coffee Maker and it was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. The pot was secure between a foam top and bottom "padding" in its own heavy-duty box, then shipped inside a larger box with packing paper. Great shipping and fast, too!

Easy to locate and purchase parts for various manufacturer's tools. Ridged in my case, this time - oscillating spindle sander sleeves and cylinders.

Ordered an upper blower tube for a Husqvarna Handheld Blower. Took several months to get part. It arrived while I was in California on family business. I ended up having to stay for 4 months. When I returned to Missouri, I found the part and found I was sent a lower blower tube instead. Called ereplacementparts and informed them what I got was not what I ordered. At first, I was told that it was past the allowable return time. I pleaded with them and let them know that the part had arrived when I was 2,000 miles away as well as the reason I was gone. Also, that the part was on backorder for several months before I even left on my trip. I was granted a reprieve and they sent me the proper part for free! In addition, they refunded my original payment! (didn't have to) Whenever I need something that they supply parts for, I will use these guys first! If somethings not right, they'll make it right!
