I ordered a replacement bath fan. Quick service. It was good that I kept the mounting screws from the old fan.

This was my first time doing business with eReplacementParts and it was a good experience! Tracking information was provided promptly and the part I received was in good condition and worked properly.

Asked for a replacement pad for a de Walt 5" random orbit sander. The website showed a single 5" pad and I ordered it. It was the wrong pad. When I called they said they did have the right pad and I could return the wrong one. Just too much hassle. I think they should have then just shipped out the correct one without making me go to the bother of the return.

I ordered two parts for a toaster - one that fits on the left side and another that fits on the right side. Although both were initially out of stock, one part came in and they kept track of it while the second part was still on backorder from the manufacturer. When the second part came in, both were shipped together, well packaged, and quickly from the time the parts were declared as ready to ship. Throughout the entire process, they kept me well informed.

I have ordered other parts from them before for a washing machine they the parts at a fair price. They sent the parts out as quick as possible

Received with zero packing. Broken. Disappointing. Need refund today. They want more for a review. Stupid

I needed new drag washers for my obsolete Ocean City fishing reel. After locating (elsewhere online) the acceptable Penn replacements, I quickly found and ordered the new washers from eReplacementParts.com.

Ordered a part that I needed on January 10, had to pay for shipping which in this day and age is ridiculous to say the least when you're spending $75 on one part for a vacuum. Today is January 25 and I have still not received my part and it has not moved locations according to the tracking information in five days now. Missed out on being able to complete a job that I was asked to do because this part still has not arrived.

I ordered for the first time and was very satisfied! Parts were reasonably priced and shipped to my house very quickly. I will definitely order from them again.

Didn't got all that was in the picture. That's way it's a one star. Do not recognize buying frome here. Also they don't contact you back in there email.

The replacement piece I needed for my old Oreck XL, fit perfectly for my vacuum. The bag holder piece had broken a few years ago and surprise, you had the part. I have had health issues and my 7 pound Oreck was a God sent tool, making it the perfect tool for deep cleaning my 3 pet household. Thank you so very, very much.
